Headlights didn’t fit - Ordered headlights that didn’t fit my specific vehicle. Must have been an error when they listed my vehicle as compatible. Trying to return the lights - getting the run around for over 2 weeks now about an RMA number. Then the customer service rep tells me it’s not their fault - “they are only a drop ship company”….have no information on where the RMA number is, says there was an error on the manufactures end - although I’ve spoken to customer service rep 4x and just now they find an error? The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The absolute worst customer service ever. I would highly recommend to find somewhere else to spend money because if you need assistance - you will run into a buzz saw of excuses. Definitely would not purchase here. Buyer beware.
