Excellent service for Ex-pats!
Carlos from Hidecu came out to inspect and clean my septic system, in a home I just purchased. The reason I called was because the bathroom near the septic is vey stinky, and was hoping that a cleaning of the septic might help to solve the problem. Carlos was my technician, and I was SO happy he spoke English (My spanish is OK< but the technical parts are difficult). Carlos and his assistant went to work and cleaned out my septic, and then he called me to show me what he thought was the issue as to why that bottom bathroom was so stinky! Carlos was very patient with my questions, and was super helpful on recommendations to lengthen the life of my septic system; as well as eliminate the stinky smell in that bottom level bathroom. It is often difficult to find service people here in Tordera, and I was very grateful that Carlos was so helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company and especially the technician Carlos.
