AGODA is A Goner
We asked AGODA to verify if we would be able to have a very late check in, but AGODA never followed through, and neither did the hotel. We COULD NOT get inside, COULD NOT check in, and DID NOT spend a single minute in the hotel, but got ripped off for a full nights stay even though we didn't get inside the FRONT DOOR !!!!
LESSONS LEARNED: (#1) NEVER us AGODA.
(#2) NEVER received a response from HOTEL LITTLE REGINA in Paris – NOR from AGODA !!!
BOTH provide ZERO [0] customer service and support.
HORRIBLE !!!! We repeatedly sent EMAILS & messages to these brain dead idiots asking for a VERY late check in and NEVER received a single professional reply from either AGODA or the Hotel LITTLE REGINA.
Bottom Line? We never got inside the front door. Beware of this scam rip-off. No one would let us in and we ended up spending the night at the PARIS AIRPORT even though we paid full price for a room.
SAVE YOURSELF - Use a DIFFERENT BOOKING COMPANY [not AGODA] and a DIFFERENT HOTEL.
