I can't say enough good things about my experience with John and Katrina at Pet Commute! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They picked up my cats right on time and kept me informed with their location the entire time, which really eased my mind. Not only did they deliver my cats earlier than expected, but it was clear they were in great hands. I loved receiving periodic pictures of my fur babies, showing me just how well they were being cared for during the journey. Communication was perfect; John and Katrina were always prompt and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable pet transportation. You won’t be disappointed!

Petcommute is amazing. What a awesome group and transition. My nanny was the best kept sending me pictures throughout the whole journey. My fur baby flew from Alabama to Orlando and nanny sent me pictures the whole time. I would use them again. I highly recommend them 100%.

I was on the receiving end of having 2 newly-adopted dogs driven across the country, from NJ to WA, and the experience couldn't have gone better! Communication from John (from Pet Commute) and Claude (the driver) were flawless, I called Claude at least once a day so I could check in with him and so the dogs could hear my voice, Claude sent frequent texts with his current location and pics of the dogs along the way, and when they all arrived at my house in WA it was clear the dogs had had a very nice time with Claude and they were sad to see him go. I am so incredibly pleased with how this trip went and it was abundantly clear that this isn't "just a job" for Claude, but that he sincerely cares about the dogs' well-being and that their comfort - both physical and emotional - is paramount. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After looking at reviews on numerous sites and businesses we decided to proceed with Pet Commute. Sometimes you can’t always trust reviews on things but we were in need of a transport for our dog. Pet Commute had great communication. They were very accommodating and tried their best to find a driver that was available on the dates we needed. The driver, business, myself, boyfriend, and who ever else we wanted were placed in a group chat to be kept updated throughout the whole transport. This made me feel much better knowing details on the whereabouts of our dog. If I ever need another transport, I will definitely choose Pet Commute again. I am extremely grateful for the great experience I had with Petcommute. I received several quotes from multiple companies but chose Petcommute because of their immediate response which was made via phone vs just an email or text message. My questions where all answered and the travel arrangements were made to fit my needs timely. The communication while my puppy was being transported was excellent, which helped greatly considering my puppy had 2 flights and a 2 hour layover.
