Excellent work. Reasonable price. He spent a lot of time removing the dent to be essentially invisable.

Avoid at all costs! I got a quote from reputable PDR that seemed high, so based on some research and acceptable Google reviews reached out to Randy, provided pics and he texted a much lower estimate back stating "Dents look reasonably removable. Possibly some slight show near rounded contour". We arranged for Randy to come to my house to perform the work. Randy was on time, saw the dents (which were minor but crossed a body seam) and proceeded with his work. I left him to his work and not until he found me a few hours later to let me know work was done did I see the mess he made. From 30 feet away you can see the dimpling ALL OVER the repair area. Then closer you can see there is significant paint damage. I let him know that I was not happy with the job and would be seeking opinions from other PDR pros as I suspected he had FUBAR'd it so bad that it was beyond fixing with PDR. I got two opionions/quotes and I was right. The work cannot be salvaged via PDR and will need to be fixed with traditional bodyshop/paint work. Body estimators indicated the work was as bad as they'd ever seen. To add insult to injury Randy is now calling me the con artist! I was willing to split the cost of the conventional bodyshop work with him, but now indicates he'd rather fight me in court. I have documented this ordeal well, but expect Randy to respond with further insults. Trust me, pay a little more and save yourself the stress!!!

Came to my home to take dents out of two vehicles. Excellent job on both and price is very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the service and overall experience. We highly recommend and will call Randy's again.

Randy has helped me on several cars and came to work on them at my own site. He is very punctual, thorough, and beats about anyone priced.

Randy doesn't seem to remember things said in person. I wasted time bringing 2 different cars to him. I got one estimate in an email and nothing for the 2nd car. When I called to confirm things he said to me he backtracked and acted as if I was trying to pressure him into something he didn't agree to. I will tell my large amount of friends to go elsewhere.

Did not use based off the fact I had to.come where he was in order to get a quote and also he informed me that he does not do repair for prep for paint. I simply asked if I could.send pics and get a rough estimate

He is truly an expert at his trade and have always appreciated his honesty, congeniality, communication and craftsmanship.

I could not be happier with how quick and easy it was to get a door ding out of my car. I called about same day availability and he was able to fit me a bit more than an hour after my call. Drive in, pull up, walk away for 25 minutes to get a shake, come back and I finally don't have to look at that hideous door ding anymore. Reasonable price and great service. Cannot say how thankful I am to get something car related completed in under an hour.

People and businesses these days rarely impress me, but Randy was impressive, honest, and his prices are unbeatable. Trust me I checked. I will return to him for every dent repair needed in the future and I will pass along his info to everyone I know. May God Bless Randy 7 fold.
