Dan has been helping to train our dog Bertie. Dan has made training fun for us and Bertie. Bertie’s recall and lead walking has improved massively and we are getting more and more confident in his overall obedience. Dan has been great at sending notes and videos after each session to remind us of the training for the next few weeks. We would highly recommend pup club to anyone.

We are progressing so well with Pup Club. Colin has been so patient and helpful with our 1 year old jackawhipp Lola. We are amazed at how Lola has begun to settle down and her excitement and yapping is really decreasing. We now have the dog we wished for and are able to let her join us for a Sunday roast in the pub without fear of her yapping and upsetting the other punters. Thanks Colin. Andy, Gee and Lola 🐕

Dan has been fantastic with our two dogs. Both posed different but equally challenging issues, and Dan has dealt with all of them brilliantly. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Can highly recommend Dan and the team at Pup Club. I initially contacted Dan for 1-2-1 training for myself and George, my English Setter. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and informative, with a relaxed and fun training style. George adores Dan and has flourished in a short period of time. A massive thanks to Colin and Louise also in regard to George’s Level 1 training course. Again, both very knowledgeable, and ensure that training is relaxed and fun. George and I are looking forward to being part of the Pup Club gang, with George commencing his Level 2 training this week and joining in on all the weekly activities.

Having just rescued a massive Leonberger boy with reactive issues, we decided it was time for some guidance and training. Dan has been excellent and very accommodating , so much so we also asked his help for our reactive existing dog. The dogs are now behaving much better. We are happy with the results.

My behavioural goals for my dogs have reached milestones from where they were because of Pup Clubs' professional trainer and behaviourist who has worked with Willow and Tuc. Willow and I have had 1-1 training sessions with Dan at PupClub, and advice for both Willow and Tuc via messaging, I have just begun the classes and within 5mins my puppy Tuc's reactivity was under control I was so stunned. Dan and staff at PupClub have helped me with both my dogs in reactivity, loose lead walking, and crate training and have always given me clear directions, advice, and confidence. I would highly recommend PupClub if you are looking for experienced and skilled dog handlers who have a good work ethic, knowledge on dog behaviour are friendly and accomodating to your dogs needs. I am so happy with what we have achieved with my two dogs with PupClubs guidance and instruction, I am exicited to see them continuing to develop and achieve. Absolutely fantastic dog trainers! Big shout out to Dan and Collins who helped us endlessly with our puppy and teaching him to walk to heel amongst other skills. We completed the last of our 1:1 sessions today and I honestly cannot recommend pup club enough. We immediately felt reassured and Dan gave us techniques and advice with training that has changed the game for us and made our little one so much calmer/happier at home and on walks! My wife and I have a rather nervy rescue dog, and looking for help we contacted Dan. We block booked some one to one sessions. Working with Dan for the last 8/9 months has been a pleasure. A really nice and knowledgable chap, he's provided us with some excellent training and tips which have helped us and our dog immensely.

We enrolled on the 4 1:1 session package, which is great value considering what is included. What I like about the training is that the 1:1s take place in real life environments so learning is more generalised. Dan is fantastic; very calm, encouraging and responsive. Our rescue dog's behaviour and lead walking is much calmer after a couple of sessions. We're looking forward to joining the group classes to work more on different skills. Highly recommended!

I contacted Dan and the Pub Club after I was struggling with some serious anxiety related behaviours of a new rescue dog from Romania. Having had some previous training experience, this was above and beyond what I had dealt with in the past. We signed up to the 1 to 1 programme and Dan absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was able to provide me with the tools and confidence to deal with some of her biggest issues, which included being terrified of people, especially those coming into the home, and extreme lack of confidence when out of the house - to the extent that she wasn't even comfortable popping out to the toilet. A month or so later, and I was able to start bringing her along with her brother to the group walks that are offered as part of the Pup Club socials. We loved this, and it was a great way to introduce her to new places in the more comfortable pack environment. Moving forwards another month or so and I've been able to bring her to her first group class with the club, which the trainers were so helpful and supportive for her to be able to participate in in her own way. I would never have imagined being able to get her to this stage, so all the advice from the team and practice and perseverance has paid off massively. It's now been nearly 4 months since she's been a part of our family, and the difference in her confidence is night and day. Dan and the team were able to give me the support I needed to help her through her fears and anxieties, and a community to be a part of so I didn't feel isolated when things were more difficult. Everyone we have met has been friendly, patient and understanding, and I would definitely recommend the 1 to 1 sessions for anyone who's experiencing more serious behavioural issues. We still have a long way to go to, but I'm looking forward to being able to continue the classes and the social activities, to learn new skills, and to make my girl into the happiest and healthiest she can possibly be.

I was struggling particularly with recall comand and when visitors came round as Enzo use to jump on them and almost immediately I saw improvement by using the techniques I was shown. It really feels like Dan cares and knows how to control a Cane Corso as these are not small dogs but rather a big muscular 4 legs, also very responsive to WhatsApp messages. I am happy to recommend Pup Club to anyone who would like to improve their dogs behaviour.

We could not recommend pup club more highly, having had bad experiences with other dog trainers/classes Dan and have been amazing and we’ve seen significant improvements in our Dogs behaviour from what they have taught us!

Absolutely amazing training provided from PupClub, Dan is really knowledgeable, very friendly and very patient, not just with our dog, but with us too! The whole experience has been great, and the progress we are seeing Floki's behavior is incredible. Would strongly recommend the PupClub to anyone who wants to have a dog of any age trained. 11 out of 10!

Today has been Teddy's second one to one. In one-week we as his humans have with Dan's support learnt how to take back control and Teddy now gets on furniture when invited and knows if he barks he gets a time-out. His approach to visitors is much calmer, but with more work to do. Today the focus was on socialisation. Teddy has always been a nervous dog and shows anxiety around other dogs. By the end of the hour, he was much calmer and less anxious and had made quite a few approaches to one of Dan's dogs. Again more work to do, but such improvements in such a short time are impressive and thanks to Dan's knowledge and skills. Thank you!

I really cannot praise Pup Club enough. I have just completed my first block of four 1-2-1 training sessions with Dan for my 3 year old Chow Chow and already the improvements are being noticed. I have a very anxious Chow Chow that had gone through some negative experiences in the past (such as being attacked by off-lead dogs) that in turn had turned him very untrusting and defensive of strangers and other dogs. The response from my dog as a result materialised in aggression when he is afraid, which made things like handling him in public or having guests round the house, very difficult. But Dan was very patient and accommodating with the training, tailoring the practices to accommodate for limitations my dog has (such as having to wear a muzzle in public). Already the unwanted behaviours on walks such as leash pulling is gone and he is doing much better with being able to walk past strangers and other dogs. By all means he is not completely where I need him to be yet, but I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel and with the practice and effort, I know my boy can get there. I have already signed on for my next block of 1-2-1s to keep working at it and I am confident I shouldn't need many more soon enough. Many thanks again Dan!
