I’ve been coming here for the past few years, and each time my expectations are met. The owner is always pleasant and the prices are reasonable. My daughter and I prefer Fatima (who is absolutely amazing!!) but all who work there do great work. We both get compliments on our knotless braids all the time. I highly recommend, and will continue to patronize this business.

I got my hair braided once from
This shop first time was cool I was waiting for about 20 mins after my desired time. When it was time to take my hair out I texted her number to ask about a price for a hairstyle NO RESPONSE, then I called and ask her can we discuss a price for the hairstyle i wanted she said yes let me text you from my number the # I already texted so she then sees my previous message and says sorry we don’t do that technique. I then give her othet technique suggestions that might work for her policy so she liked my second suggestion and I asked her for the price through text I got no response 1 week later I
Texted her about another hairstyle still no response. I didn’t not appreciate the service I got

Just from miss Tracey’s review and how she stated SHE TOLD THE BRAIDER BEFORE SHE STARTED NOT TO BRAID HER EDGES for the owner to reply NOT TAKING Accountability for this woman’s hair falling out is enough for me. Won’t be getting my business that’s poor customer service

I loved my braids at the beginning even though I told the manager to not braid my edges and the long pieces she insisted on braiding saying it would not look right. Today makes exactly 1 week later and my edges are hanging causing tension so I decided to remove the braid and my hair came with it. I called the manager to discuss this but she yelled saying it was my fault. It just would have been nice for them to be accountable
Hey miss Tracey, I want let you know we are not responsible for the hair you want take out yourself and is came out, did you ever call to fix? Did you ever tell me do not braid your edges,? When is comme to edges we always asked the customer how fare she/ he want his edges braid or put, we did what you asked for we aren't responsible for the damage once you desire is to braid that part. All so you call for discount , because you decided tp take only one braid out and is come out with your hair ,you want me give you discount? How I could give did for your own mistake?

Hairstyle did not turn out bad but I was disappointed with the service. My braider arrived 45 minutes late and no one communicated that she would be late. I also showed her a picture of the size braids I wanted, letting her know I wanted them slightly bigger than that but she still made them way smaller. I did not see the style until she finished, so I didn't know she was doing then so small. The braids are neat but I personally prefer bigger braids on myself. I wish she had asked me if I was ok with the size before continuing my whole head.

Braids look amazing!! The shop is nice and spacious, very clean and well organized!! The lady's are very sweet but kinda slow if engaged in any type of conversation.. I recommended them right away but unfortunately my mother did not receive the same level of professionalism leading to no services rendered.. But I'll probably give them another chance myself but no more recommendations..

i asked for small knotless and they were beautiful!! only took about 5 1/2 hours, braiders were kind and the shop was nice. will be back.

Could do better on custom service but I like the braid.. not sure why I received a reply about giving a bad rating your business received a 4 .. it had nothing to do with hair service it was that fact that when I asked for what I wanted I was met with what I felt was attitude.. crazy part is I was willing to come back.. but I see you don’t want my business.. so to a 3 I go for your unprofessional response.. lasted 3 weeks and some slipped out
