These guys are the best! I had a furnace breakdown on a Friday afternoon and thought I’d be out of heat all weekend before someone could get here. They had someone out to my house about an hour after I called. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and the cost was very reasonable. I’m so impressed with the excellent service. Highly recommended!
Jason came out to quote a new furnace and AC for us after our secondary heat exchanger was condemned by another company. Looking at the system we had, he pointed out that the brand we had might have a warranty on the heat exchanger and to contact an installer for that brand. Lo and behold there was and the warranty was still good. So we were able to fix our furnace at 1/10th the price of having to install a new system. I am so grateful that Jason did this for us as he could have easily withheld that information just to get a sale and I would have never known. Honesty is really hard to find in sales now adays so it's just so refreshing that this company actually is looking out for the community and not just trying to suck money out of everyone. If I ever need any other services I will definitely be calling Knoechel first from now on. Thank you Jason!

Called to schedule a service for a furnace installed by them. The receptionist was awful. Started raising her voice at me and couldn’t give me a date to schedule. Said we are busy and couldn’t schedule for weeks out! I have small children and need heat. They didn’t have a problem selling me a 20k unit!!! Now that I need service they can’t be bothered. I would not recommend these people!!! Terrible customer service
They installed a brand new furnace and heat pump. Their service was top notch. I would recommend them! They did a very nice job and were very courteous.
Knoechel heating Co was by far the best priced out of six other companies I got quotes from. Jason, the owner was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Mike the tech who came to install was also top knotch. I will 💯 use Knoechel heating Co in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know. If I could give them ten stars I would.

I was denied maintenance on my heating unit ! All I wanted done was a check up and spray nozzle changed , maybe 45 mins. The employee said my " my boss doesn't allow us to do work on these types of homes " . I said ok .
We have been very pleased with Knoechel since our furnace and a/c were installed a few years ago. Ben, the tech, was here today for annual heating system check. He explained everything and was quite efficient. He is a very polite young man!
We have been customers of Knoechel Heating for over 10 years and have ONLY excellent things to say. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. When we have been in need of emergency service they promptly come to fix the issue. They seem to keep the same technicians so we always know who will be coming to service us. Elmer is friendly, professional, and extrememely knowledgeable in service/ equipment. Elmer was an arrogant, very disrespectful person, and the kid with him was new. Got my furnace up and running quickly, but could have done without his rude comments. People like Elmer should not work with the public when representing a company. I will ask for a different crew if I use this company again.
The Technician's did a great job from start to finish. They were very thorough and explained everything and how to operate my new mini split system. I'm very satisfied with this experience.
We’ve used Knoechel twice now - once to replace AC and furnace and more recently to add AC to a home. Prices and options are competitive. They have a phenomenal team from sales to installation to maintenance. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This should be everyone’s go-to company for HVAC needs. I can’t imagine ever using anyone else.
We’ve been Knoechel customers for 9+ years. They installed our primary HVAC years ago and we have an annual service agreement with them.
This time they installed a Mitsubishi A/C and heating unit for our bedroom. They did another outstanding job. It’s a slick unit. Whisper quiet. After just one night, we are happy. What pleases us the most, outside of having a cool bedroom, is how well Chris and his colleague did on the installation. Perfect lines (not easy).
Jason helped us set everything up. He’s been our contact for along time, as well. He’s great and super responsive. We trust him.
Chris, Matt & Ross were very knowledgeable and professional. On time , very detailed and neat. Cleaned up perfectly and we had an excellent tutorial or our new HVAC system.
