I have a semiannual maintenance check done by Knoechel Heating. One for the furnace and one for the air conditioning. I have never been disappointed with their professionalism. They courtesy call before the appointed time and always arrive on time. They wear shoe coverings to protect my floors. And the technicians know what they’re doing. Options are provided if a problem exists. I highly recommend Knoechel to friends or anyone in need of first rate service.

Decided to go with Knoechel after getting a glowing review from a friend who is a longtime customer. Hunter did a service on my heater today. He was on time, kind, professional, and explained everything that he did. Despite my furnace being older and (admittedly) not oft-serviced, he didn't push anything and didn't suggest replacing anything other than a cheap capacitor for which he showed me with his multimeter was degraded.

I called 3 days ago to go in their no heat list and they never showed. I called them today for them to tell me that they won't come out here because I changed a part myself. But did not tell me until i called them 3 days later while it's 20 degrees out. Don't use this company, they don't care about anyone!!!

Not many people would be willing to help a customer out on Labor Day with A/C issues. All I can say is an employee like Jake, needs promoted, as he showed up and fixed our A/C in less than an hour. If your company can build and hire people like Jake you will never fail! Thank you Jake for you help on Labor Day of all days! Incredible customer service and he has a great personality and outlook on life!
