Wow just wow, Adam with intellipure really showed that this company cares about getting me the right product for my needs. Took the time to educate and answer any questions or hesitations I had. One of the best customer service experiences I have had to date. Great products with even better customer service! Will place additional purchases in the future.

Not only do they make a great product, their customer service is unmatched. I contacted them about an issue I was having with my air purifier this morning. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Adam who helped me troubleshoot my system and it was up and running 10 minutes later!

The unit is way too noisy and the replacement filters are way too expensive
Not great for the price Honestly for the price this isn’t worth it my rooms are still dusty, it doesn’t collect dog hair or smells or barely anything. Even when I’m cleaning the filter I barely see anything on it. Not great for the price

I have two Intellipure Compacts. Within a day of running them, I could smell the difference in the air. When I travel, I turn the units off, and I return to an odd smell. Could be my cats or other things. Regardless, I am not longer worried about lighting candles before people come over. When my Compacts are running, my home smells clean and fresh.

Love my Intellipure! I love my Intellipure air purifier! I was diagnosed with high levels of mycotoxins and bought my Intellipure because of its super-HEPA quality filtration. Fortunately, testing showed that the air in my home doesn't have mold in it, but I feel relieved and supported knowing that my Intellipure is keeping me safe from re-exposure from the air should more mold appear. There is a noticeable improvement in the quality of the air in my home since I started using it. I like the design, the sale price was fantastic, and it's not noisy. Just a great product
Definitely not the best IMO BUYER BEWARE. Ordered two of the $999 Ultrafine 468 filters. I received them 3 weeks after ordering and did not receive a ship confirm. I opened one, it had a plastic off gas smell (I think from the filters and other reviews state this too). I wasn't happy with the build quality, it was clunky, tippy, LOUD, bright panel lighting and sorry to say the unit is quite fugly. It's also not made in the USA as they state, the box clearly states made in China, which is fine but don't put USA on your front panel. Anyhow, after running one for an hour, I just wasn't happy with the $999 price tag vs. build quality because I've had better filters at half the cost (tested same for particles, etc). I sent an email to ask for an RMA. I did not get a response back (they say you have to contact within 7 days to avoid the 30% restocking fee, but also say you have 30 days to return). After two weeks, I got ahold of an agent via the phone, and then we emailed. They said no returns after opening. I disputed this and they agreed to escalate the matter as that is not the policy as per the website. I did not open both so I said, I'd pay the restock fee for one and would appreciate a full refund for the other. The matter had to go "to a manager" and since then I have not heard back after reaching out several more times. I opened a dispute with AMEX and because they are awesome they took it on and refunded me but that is beside the point. Amex shouldn't have to take the hit for poor customer service and quality on behalf of this company. BUYER BEWARE.

This is surely the Gold Standard of Air Purifiers. Particularly in relation to Mold Toxicity. So much more compact (the Compact model), effective, efficient and generally superlatively designed than others. Though it does not counteract the toxicity of the moldy home I am currently trapped in, it is giving me the best shot at reducing airborne mold produced mycotoxin levels that I can possibly have, without moving, I believe.

Intellipure was recommended by my doctor to help my son with his hyperactive airway. The first night, his wheezing was gone and we’ve been using this now for over 6 years! We now have one in every room in the house. The best out there!

Madison provided great customer service, ask for her if you're looking to improve your air quality. Purchased the Ultrafine 468 and then the Ultrafine Whole House Air Cleaner. No noticeable reduction in airflow and the existing air filter stays clean.

I recommend intellipure to anyone with or without kids. I have a family of 7 and use this in every room. I’ve also used it for my Airbnb location. They clean the air get rid of smells, help with allergies, just help us breathe better in general. I love these purifiers and will continue using these for ever. ;)

This is a great unit!! I have it in my bedroom and it has done wonders for my husband's allergies. The price is higher than most purifiers but it's worth every penny. Thank you Intellipure!

My doctor recommended I purchase the whole house filter because of my chronic health conditions. The amount of dust is significantly reduced since it was installed. I’ve noticed the difference it makes in how I feel. Also, the air feels cleaner.

The Compact is great because I can easily carry it from room to room, depending on where I need it. It has a very sleek design. The level easily adjusts with the touch of the button. It has made a noticeable difference in the air quality.

The design of the Ultrafine 468 is nice because you can easily wheel it around. It doesn’t take up much space. It’s much less bulky looking than a different brand of filter that I had before I purchased this one. I have noticed the difference in the air quality. I like the fact that you can easily adjust the level, and it becomes quiet at a lower level.

Solid Air Purifier - seems to work and doesn't have any funky 'odor' like other purifiers on the market. I wish the filter replacements were set to alert when the filter is dirty and not just on a timer.

Received the unit. It did not turn on. Took all the filters out and put them back in and after awhile was able to get the unit to turn on. Emailed all of this to customer service. Don’t know how well it was working. The same thing happened 13.5 months later. It just all of a sudden won’t turn on. Emailed customer service who basically told me tough luck the warrantee is a year. Put a complain with BBB and finally get a response from Stephanie McCarthy who is low key harassing me via email. I’ve told her I will try and work with Adam MacDuffie to see if the unit can be gotten to work, but she keeps repeatedly arguing with me and twisting the facts in email. Many many emails. What kind of customer service doesn’t just replace the unit since it was defective in the beginning with proof emails? What kind of customer service keeps arguing with the customer about facts. The unit was 1.5 months over the single year warranty. Just replace it since it was defective from the start.
