What a nice surprise! Joel and Carlos were outstanding. They worked efficiently and persistently with a great attitude to clean out our recently deceased son's house yesterday. They even checked with their manager and came back (for a reasonable additional fee) that same day when they couldn't take all on the first haul. We so appreciated the service they provided, especially at this difficult time.

I used this company last year to remove debris from a bathroom demo and was very happy with the service and price. They're still incredibly fast to come out and get the work done. However, the price nearly doubled a year later for removal of the same kind/amount of material. Statements from the owner on reviews say it's due to price increases for gas, etc. But then they tacked on a $10 fee for gas. I asked the owner about it but my question was ignored. Not cool. They included the amount on the invoice but not on the receipt. Ok... The guys that did the work were fast and left nothing behind, but I think I'll still go elsewhere for next year's project. If I wasn't on a time crunch to get rid of it all, I would've shopped around. Edited to reply to Nick: I've looked at the pics from each time to compare and they are deceiving, especially because everything's elevated on a trailer this time. Last year's pics aren't even accurate because I had added items after I sent the pics since you do the real estimate on site. The only difference between the bathrooms is one had a tub and one had a shower. We broke up and bagged the tile for this load instead of stacking the sheets, which did make it appear to be larger. There is a half sheet of plywood and some pieces of drywall beyond the last load, so in that sense, yes, there is more debris but not even close to double. I do understand the need to raise rates as your costs go up, but this seemed excessive. I was also hit with a fee for gas on the invoice that wasn't mentioned until I saw it. You've stated in other replies that your rise in prices was due to things like the cost of gas. I feel like as a repeat customer, tacking that on was not right. I do my best to be fair and I'm doing that in this review. The service was great, the workers were great, the price and the fee, especially considering I asked if pricing was still the same and was told yes... not so great.
