I can’t express the gratitude I have for Ian and team at VA claims Insider! It’s intimidating to submit for an increase in your VA disability rating but if your symptoms are getting worse or you left something off your original claim - you name it, VA claims Insider is there to help! They go over EVERYTHING step by step, they don’t over promise and they set you up for success. My initial decision wasn’t at all a desired outcome and they encouraged me and guided me on how to submit for a higher level review and I couldn’t be more pleased with my end result! I am grateful VA claims Insider exists because I couldn’t have done this without them!! Thank you so much!!

VA Claims Insider is the real deal! I began with a rating of 20% after 20 years of service. I accepted the rating because I thought there were other men and women that served who were far more deserving than me so I kept quiet for 12 years. One day I came across VACI from an ad on the internet and before that day I have never heard of them. I was skeptical thinking they are just another group of people taking advantage of prior servicemembers. I am glad to say that I was never more wrong about anything in my life. Once I registered I received an email within minutes and shortly after I received a call from my VACI coach who quite literally from that first phone call was with me every step of the way! He and his team walked me through every process that resulted in me receiving my new 80% rating within a few months. I've already scheduled my next strategy call with my coach in an attempt to get yet another increase in my rating. I will shout it from the mountains that VACI is legit and truly about helping vets get the rating they deserve.

I have had a good experience with VA Claims Insider. They helped me through filing for sleep apnea. Thar required a nexus letter connecting it to PTSD. They put me in touch with the right people to write the nexus. Great experience.

Ended up doing all the research on what to do myself since I got all the wrong advice from my coach. Even though I did the plan and work myself I still had to pay thousands. Contract terms are ridiculous and should be changed.

If success is measured by a higher rating, than VA Claims Insider assisted me. Having said that, I had a total of perhaps 5 or 6 phone calls that lasted between 15 minutes to a half hour. At the longest, 45 minutes. My "coach" tried to get me to claim things I had no issues or challenges with (PTSD, Pact Act Claims) and I had to remind him that I was only concerned with the back and sciatic pain I was living with. He finally agreed I should just file a supplemental claim. My doctor was a former Army Orthopedic surgeon. He wrote a phenomenal letter detailing his thoughts on why my MRI results and spinal issues were related to military service. I then filed the supplemental claim, and did all of the follow up work with the VA. VACI did nothing throughout that period. They did assist by explaining the supplemental claim process, and pointing out which form to use, but the suggestions I should claim PTSD or chronic breathing issues strikes me as disingenuous and an attempt to game the VA. At the end of the day I did get a much higher rating, I will have concurrent receipt of retired pay and disability, but the 9K I have to pay them for the 5 hours of work they put in seems ridiculous. I'd advise you go to AMVETS, the VFW, American Legion, County VSO etc. VACI was quick to get me into a contract and ensure I was on the hook, so I'll pay them. But I wouldn't recommend them, except as a last resort, and then, if you have integrity, you may have to push back on their coaches efforts to have you claim things that don't exist, at least in my case. Meanwhile, their CEO is laughing all the way to the bank...

Before I started on this VA disability journey with VACLAIMSINSIDER and my coach Mitch I was denied for all 6 or more of the claims I submitted! I was aggravated, frustrated and fed up with the VA claims process! Then my brother told me about VACLAIMSINSIDER! I called and was introduced to the best coach ever! Mitch was so patient, kind and a great listener! He actually talk me out of NOT giving up on what I deserved for my service in the Army and OPERATION DESERT STORM! He shared informational links as well as directed me on how to properly complete and submit my claims to VA. Whenever I neeed to talk to Mitch, all I had to do was text him and he would call me right away! He was always available! The claims portal that I used with them is very user friendly and full of information that made my claims process easy! I went from 10% to now 70% in one year and now at 80% and pushing for 100% I'm sure all the coaches at VACLAIMSINSIDER are great, but my coach is AMAZING! Thank you Mitch and VACLAIMSINSIDER for all of your information and assistance! You all ROCK!

My coach Natalie Jones was by my side through the whole process. I was first given a 0% rating and was ready to quit but she wouldn't let me do it. She pointed to right resources offered by VA Claims Insider on how to seek a higher rating review. After filing the proper form (VA FORM 20-0996) with the addendum/argument of the evidence already submitted, I was increased to 100% with total and permanent disability within a month! VA Claims Insider gets 5 stars but I give coach Natalie Jones ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It would be good if they checked if you were receiving the benefit. I don’t receive the benefits until 2029 but stuck with paying them, which puts a strain on my finances.

It worked for me. I knew that I would be paying for their expertise and was prepared for it. Everything was disclosed beforehand. I may well have been able to do most of it myself however the little unknown "bits" that they supplied was worth it to me. Incidentally I had a very quick turnaround from the VA ... less than two months.

I learned a lot by listening to VA claims insider podcasts. I was at 40% on my own. I wanted help to increase my disability. My coach, Rachelle, mentored me and was very patient throughout the whole process. I am now at 60%.

VACI COACHED ME TO 100% P&T! On my own it took me over 50+ years to reach 40%. Two years ago I stumbled onto VACI, then my VA Disability Claims skyrocketed. VACI worked with me to Streamline and Strategize my Claims. My VACI Coaches advised me how to navigate my VA Claims; I did the work establishing the Medical Diagnosis, Service Connection, and Competent medical evidence. 5 days ago I reached 100% P&T! BOOM!! This was the worst decision I ever made with VA insider. The coaches really didn’t help with anything. All the videos they show you can easily be found by doing a little research and the monthly few is completely outrageous. I would not recommend anyone to use the service. It’s a big ripoff in every way possible.

I started my journey to the VA with absolutely no education or knowledge whatsoever so I literally started from scratch. I hooked up with my Insider Coach who was polite, I’ll give her that, but really left me with open ended advice on the majority of my questions and the overall direction I needed to take. I would ask what might the outcome be for such a situation; her response would be that “it might turn out like this, but there’s no guarantee so I can’t really advise you one way or another.” I guess I misinterpreted the basis of this company’s purpose in being a source to advise vets on how to go about filing for disability, & the means of being granted that claim. I only held 3 actual phone calls with my coach, & a number of emails back & forth. The basis of my direction came from the you tube videos that I was recommended to watch because they consisted the majority of the answers I had for a number of questions. I submitted my medical documents along with a psychiatrists’ medical advice pertaining to my ptsd claim. I suppose his medical advice statement would be the same as a nexus letter to a certain extent. After submitting my records & my physician’s statements, they were reviewed & responded to with a “yeah, it looks good”. I know what it looks like. I know what evidence I have to support my claim. I was hoping for their professional opinion as to what might prevent me from being granted my claim. After I gathered my medical records, my nexus letter, & my doctors’ opinions, I submitted my claim online; by my own devices without the VA CI guiding me along the way; which I thought was their whole purpose. After submitting everything, I went to my C&P exams, without any advice as to what to expect from the physicians & what I might want to study up on ahead of time. I gathered the basis of what I might need to prepare for from Combat Craig’s FREE YouTube videos opposed to Bryan’s VA Claims Insider videos seeing as he tends to ramble in his videos; if that’s what you want to call them. Once everything was submitted & I lay in wait, I pretty much received silence from VA CI. No follow ups or check ins. I received my claim back with a service connection disability of 70%. Since I started out from nothing and was granted 70%, VA CI accounted my charges as an increase from 0% to 70%, multiplied by their 6 x estimator, which left me with a bill of $10,000.00. I can’t for the life of me see how anything they did to assist me warrants a ten thousand dollar balance. I repeatedly reached out to VA CI in hopes of speaking to someone who may be able to assist me in resolving this debt I’m in to them, but have repeatedly been met with “your increase was from 0 to 70 so your balance is correct.” I was given the option of either paying it in full, or paying in installments of $300+ a month. I am obviously on a fixed income from the VA and only have enough to pay my bills and am left struggling for food every month from being left with nothing after paying my car note, full coverage, phone, child support, my service animal, rent, gas, and medications: I am literally left with $34 after all my bills are paid. While i still have with my current $18k of credit card debt that I have no means of even attempting to settle at this time, I now have another ten grand to add to it. After being granted my claim, and given so much each month, I offered to pay payments of $100 a month to VA CI yet they declined my offer for such a resolution. So now I’m in debt of my original $18k from credit cards I was forced to use while being homeless, and this new $10k debt from VA CI now. I am overwhelmed with where I could even start to settle a debt so monumental. I have repeatedly tried to request what all I was charged for and have yet to receive an actual invoice of these specified charges. Long story short, I’m disgusted with the way I was over charged and taken advantage of when I came to them with pleas of help because I didn’t know how to do it myself. I strongly advise against using VA CI for any assistance whatsoever. I’m so lost.
