Sultan of Tours My family’s recent holiday to Turkiye was one of our most memorable and enjoyable vacations thanks to the True Blue Team. Aykut, who met us personally upon arrival at 4:30am, went above and beyond his duties to ensure that we received only the best throughout our holiday. From tour guides who were not only very knowledgeable but friendly, witty and entertaining…our designated driver Yaseen who became part of our family….to delicious meals which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. We felt more like family than tourists with the TBT team who assisted us with issues outside our tours and always kept in touch with us ensuring that we were comfortable and getting the best experience of the city. We were fortunate to enjoy the company of Eyup as our guide to the islands who fascinated us with his vast knowledge and charm. Thank you Eyup and team for affording us this amazing experience. True Blue Istanbul is a true treasure! Istanbul was all I expected and more but my experience was sky rocketed thanks to Yilmaz and the whole team from True Blue. My first contact with Yilmaz was to book a hotel and he ended up being my best personal advisor about what to do in the city, what to be mindful of, where to eat great food, how to find my way around and even rescue me from an unexpected inconvenience out of office hours, amazing considering I was a foreigner and had zero knowledge of Turkish or the protocols to follow...the level of service and most of all the sense of making you member of a family was one of my best experiences. I take the best memories of Turkey, it is a city full of charm, color, history, wonders but I also will treasure the warmth and help I received from True Blue. The level of knowledge and the respect they show for the customer is something I am happy to recommend! VIP experience on a budget From the moment we planned to visit Turkiye, Eyup, was a pleasure to liaise with. Beginning to end, we had VIP treatment and service. Our needs we fully met and expectations exceeded. Eyup personally welcomed myself and my father on arrival in Istanbul. The private transport arranged by him was comfortable and spacious. His driver Hussein was a pleasure as well.as all the guides as arranged by Eyup for our respective tours. We had the honour of Eyup guiding us on our Istanbul leg. He was patient,knowledgeable and professional. That being said,on our tours in Cappadocia etc...he was in constant communication,checking up on whether we were safe and happy with everything. At any hour ,Eyup would take my call and/or respond to my messages. Last minute events that my father and I wanted to partake in,was gladly arranged by him.I plan on visiting Turkiye in the future and will definitely be contacting Eyup again.

No Brainer A trip with True Blue isn't your typical tour. It felt more like a family gathering as the hospitality and care we received were unmatched. During our 10 day stay we were fortunate enough to spend our time with the so called "mayor" Eyup. Eyup works off the clock 25 hours a day, 8 days a week and carries many roles and titles including porter, driver, waiter ,guide, historian, shopper, doctor, and so on. There is no request that is too much, no wish that is out of reach. There is too much about this trip that cant be put into words. You must experience it for yourselves. A unique and unforgettable experience in Turkiye Our Turkey trip was one of the best family trips we ever had. We were lucky to have gotten the best tour company and had the best tour guide- Eyup. He planned out the best places to visit. He explained the history of the places we visited which made us appreciate the sites even more. We had our own private van— very comfortable complete with drinks, perfumed alcohol, efficient and well experienced drivers. He booked our hotels, took care of all our breakfast, lunches, turkish bath and massage, domestic flights, check-ins at the airport, booked our private dinners and RT-PCR tests. We didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoyed the trip fully. The hot air balloon and the ATVs are musts!!! Eyup took care of all the nitty gritties on our behalf. We can’t ask for more!! It made us realize that the tour guide can make a lot of difference. To top it all, we gained a new friend in Eyup!! Thank you for a wonderful experience in Turkiye!!

It's all in the details! We took a 10-day tour around Turkey and everyday was filled with really fantastic sites and activities - i'm sure the other reviews have mentioned them. What I'd like to emphasize about True Blue Tours, particularly our tour guide, Eyup, is the service. Greeted with a warm and friendly face as soon as you arrive in the airport, Eyups energy level never faltered throughout the trip. From having to ensure the younger adults had their fun at night, to making sure the elderly were happy, well-rested, and well-fed, he was able to do it all. He is a very personable guide, able to connect with all sort of personalities and interests. In the beginning, he was like a history professor, teaching us of the long history of Turkiye. But towards the end of our trip, he felt more like family. Eyup took us to hole in the wall restaurants where we were able to taste delicious local cuisine, and did last minute bookings (sorry Eyup!) for us in places we searched online. We kept changing our minds about trying the Turkish Baths (a must do btw if you're still on the fence), but he remained even-tempered, and just rolled with it. Eyup constantly emphasised the importance of the tour being enjoyable for us, and not to worry about anything. Most importantly, I think it needs to be said that he is a highly observant person. Any small yawn you make, immediately would be followed by Eyup asking, "Are you okay? How are you feeling?" When we were one of the restaurants eating shawarmas, my sister-in-law's shawarma was dripping and so I took the underplate of the soup, so that she could let the juices drip on there. Eyup saw this and immediately stood up to get plates for everyone without being prompted or asked. It's in the little things, the details and unnoticed generosities that really elevated this tour for me. It's not everyday you find a tour guide who goes above and beyond to make your trip special.

The Next Level of Touring I'll be honest, I'm normally the type of person who cannot be bothered to leave a review of any destination or establishment. I only recall ever doing this once in my entire life a few years back wherein I had an awful experience with an airline, but in this case, I guess the universe had somehow pushed me to write about this extremely enjoyable and exciting trip that I had just recently just came from with True Blue Tours. Where do I begin..The tour guide - His name was Eyup. He had planned everything perfectly for us and was always able to adjust or compensate if anything was not to our liking. He was an incredibly fun person to be around with a positive energy. All I can say is this, if you're lucky enough to get him as your tour guide for your trip around Turkey, you know you're in for a great time.The food - I do not recall ever leaving any restaurant dissatisfied with the meal I had. Even if I wanted to eat different cuisines for a change, they were able to bring me around other restaurants that were all equally delicious.The service - I felt like a VIP that entire trip. I didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying myself because they took care of literally everything. From the food, to always having drinks on the road, to making almost any kind of request that I wanted to really.The price - It was surprisingly very friendly despite everything my family and I had experienced. I was expecting this to be on the higher end of the scale due to the fact that we had ridden on a private cruise, had ourselves shown to a private fashion show, and been toured around all the cities through a private van, among many others.The overall experience - My family and I loved every second of the trip. I am not making any of this up. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking to travel around Turkey. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the near future (so long as we can get Eyup to show us around again)!Thank you to the True Blue Tours team for making all of this possible! Great and seamless service with no hassle My brothers and I booked the VIP package of Aslan Park and theme park with True Blue. The experience from start to finish was amazing. We had a lovely time for such a good price and it was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Corporate event with Yilmaz from True Blue Tour We have organised a corporate event in Istanbul with True Blue Tour. While preparing the event we stayed in touch with Yilmaz 24/7. Yilmaz was good and effective dealing with hotel, transfer, catering and the cultural programme. He was really quick to respond to all messages and inform us about the progress. Yilmas and his colleagues were always friendly, enthusiastic and responsible. They reacted promptly to all changes in the programme and were flexible. Participants repeatedly approached Yilmaz and he helped them with everything, including their personal issues. It was easy and pleasant to work with Yilmaz because he went deep into details and was attentive to our participants' individual cases, questions and needs. Sanki saatler durmuştu, sanki burada zaman hüküm sürmüyordu.Bu arada bu gezilerimizde bize eşlik eden İstanbul'daki True Blue Seyahat Acentası müdürü rehberimiz Yılmazbey Özlük, ülkenin geçmişine dair birçok hikaye anlattı. 130 yılında Antalya'yı (Attalia) ziyaret eden Roma imparatoru Adrian adına yaptırılan Adrian Kapısı'ndan (Hadrian Kapısı) girdikten sonra meslektaşlarım Timur, Zamira ve Aziza dükkânlarda kayboldu, Yılmazbey'le gizemli sokaklarda, kavşaklarda yürüdük; efsaneler anlattık; kitaplar hakkında tartıştık ve 2 saat sonra kavşaklar bizi tekrar Adrian Kapısı'na getirdi.. Geçmişte yaşananları sanki kendileri görmüş gibi anlatan efsaneler o insan dilinde daha uğursuz görünüyordu.Antalya, burada toplanan 26 Özbek ve Kazak medyası için gerçek bir güvenlik noktası haline geldi ve bu ortaklık bizim için gerekliydi. True Blue Tours - The Best Turkey Tour Provider I actually did the Highlights of Turkey tour which included not just Istanbul but also Capadoccia, Pamukkale, and Ephesus. I have been to numerous trips all over the world and took various tour packages but this is the only one that I am giving a 5-star rating to and because it is deserving.From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were given a royal treatment. All the tours, accommodations, food, transfers, were topnotch and both Eyup and Ylmaz left no stones unturned to ensure that we were having the best time of our lives. Every single experience had their personal mark. All I needed to do was mention what I wanted to get and they'd be on it right away. For example, I just innocently mentioned that I was curious about Turkish Breakfast and they quickly ditched the hotel's prepared breakfast to bring us to somewhere quite a distance from the city so we could experience the best Turkish breakfast ever. I also appreciate that they pay close attention to our every need. Knowing that I am a mass goer, Eyup arranged so we could go to mass and he even patiently attended the mass with us! Everything in the tour was great… from the hotels chosen, to the historical sights and to the great food He really gave us personalized service that he became a good friend! He even attended to some of our personal needs, like when my sister-in-laws eye glasses broke, he had it fixed immediately. This was one memorable trip! More than we expected! It's been 2+ years since we travelled abroad and also our first time in Turkey, so even if we were very excited, I was also very nervous! I didn't know what to expect.My family and I did a 7 day tour in Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus. We were a group ranging from late 20s to early 70s. We took 4 flights in 5 days! Although it was tiring it was definitely worth it. We were being guided by Eyup and he made us feel so cared for all throughout! Even the small things like wanting to exchange things we bought, where to find the best buys, helping us go through the Underground city or get on the hot air balloon, carrying the things we bought/our luggage, helping us order our meals - Eyup handled it and more! Couldn't ask for a better guide. I recommend him to all - especially Filipinos since he knows our culture so well!Eyup also helped us with things outside the scheduled tour - scheduling PCR tests, booking hotel transfers, etc! He definitely went above and beyond!

Best Vacation Ever! Aykut and Yilmaz are two of the most amazing and hospitable people we have ever met in our many years of travel! They arranged two fabulous tours of Turkey for our family and really took us in as friends and treated us as their own families! The service was way beyond what you would expect. Yilmaz is perhaps the funniest man in Turkey and regaled us with countless stories, jokes, and inside Turkish humor, not to mention being a walking encyclopedia of Ottoman, Christian, and Turkish history.
