Treble Health truly cares about my tinnitus! After going to local physicians and an audiologist who said "you just have to learn to live with it", I found Dr. Ben's videos on YouTube! Finally a ray of light in the dark world of tinnitus! I called for a free consultation, which is was and am now working with Dr. Mark. He is wonderful! Has a smile on his face through the entire session. He relaxes me with positive words and actions to take. He also gave me his cell number if I ever needed him. Well I actually texted him when I was experiencing a spike along with changes in my tinnitus. He answered immediately and calmed my anxiety. I know getting to habituation will take a lot of work on my part, but now I know the work I have to do thanks to Dr. Mark and Treble Health. Anyone with Tinnitus should contact Treble Health! So happy I did!

Dr. Michelle is great! She is so supportive and offers so much insight into Tinnitus. Dr. Michelle understands what I am going through, offers tips and has given me an assignment that we will work on together regarding my thoughts/fears/worries in regards to Tinnitus and then my reactions to those, and how I can work to make them less fearful.

Having experienced multiple both in person sessions and now a teleHeatlh session with Dr Ben, I can tell you- Treble Health is the way to go!. Dr. Ben has a great personality. He believes in his products and knows how to guide you thrugh the process. Very low key with absolutely no pressure to purchase. What I like about TrebleHealth is- Phonak devices are top of the line and the money I saved using the TrebleHealth allowed me to step up into a higher level device and still save money over the in clinic options. Dr Ben is fantastic!!

My Doctor Sarah Matthew's was awesome, very compassionate and listened, it is truly a shame you guys don't take insurance, though very understandable, unfortunately I still need to see my ent, and depending on my audiogram, if I need hearing aids I'll come back to you guys for sure. She dedicated 15 minutes or more on me for free, and she even rescheduled. She was very informative, and gave me hope that I may potentially not have musical tinnitus, and just need to clear an infection. Too bad it takes forever to see an ENT. I'm beyond thankful for you guys, I hope treble health continues to thrive and grow. I hope you guys can expand and become the leading audiology company.
