Jim is so professional, has a lot of experience, always with an answer for every question, and I appreciate his guidance during the course. I highly recommend him and this School. I was recommended TSRE by a former student and I am beyond satisfied with the sales associate pre licensing course I took. I made meaningful connections with my classmates and my instructor Barb was very engaging. I would say that the class is very fast paced so you must be on top of your material.

Great place to do your real estate course! The classes and material are well-taught and well-paced. I highly recommend their crash course and mp3 review. It helped me, and using their tools, I passed my exam on the first try! Will be doing my post-licensing with them too!

I just took the class exam and passed it. My instructor, Jim Warmmington, is one of the best instructor here! I totally recommend taking the Pre-licensing with him! He is amazing and teaches so well and trust me you will pass!

Was supposed to start my class two days from today but for the past 14 days I’ve been having severe stomach issues and going to multiple doctors and going to ER multiple times. Didn’t expect this issue to be still going on. Contacted them to see if they could postpone my class to next month as I have a couple of doctors scheduled this upcoming week. Henry Adam’s switched me to the course for May over text In a couple of minutes. Was very fast to respond and to switch me over to the next available class. Great customer service, looking forward to attending next month when I’m able.
