WOW!! We had an emergency situation with our septic and after a few phone calls including the septic company we have used for 20 years no one was able to help us for a couple of days until we called Double Flush Septic Services! Tracey answered the phone, she was very kind and professional. She understood our emergency and said she was going to contact Scott to see if they could squeeze us into his busy schedule. She called us back within a couple of minutes and stated they could help us with our emergency! Within a couple of hours Scott was here at our home taking care of our situation. He was also SO very kind and helpful to answer all my questions and concerns. What a pleasant experience with a septic emergency! We now have a new septic system company that we will be using! We were SO impressed with the customer service that Double Flush Septic Services gave us from the initial call to our septic emergency being fixed. Thank you Tracey and Scott!! We would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Called to schedule an emergency appointment for clogged septic. Came out same day and fixed my issue quickly. Also found I had a holding tank that a previous company missed and hadn't been pumped out since I bought the home. Safe to say I'm very happy with my service and will be a return customer.

Very glad I decided to have Double Flush come out to pump my tank. Very reasonable price compared to the other local places and they got out here very quickly. Scott and his partner also looked over my system and gave me some recommendations on fixing some standing water near my leach lines without trying to upsell services like bigger companies tend to do. This will be my go to septic service company from now on.

We are first time septic owners. I called Double Flush to ask about a sludge check and when it was last cleaned. The woman was so nice and helpful; she looked everything up for me and scheduled for a check. Scott came out this morning and answered all my questions and did a sludge check. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I feel much better and more informed!
