Great to deal with, had a can-do attitude, where others were doom and gloom about repair prospects. Found the parts that others "can't get" and got the job done! Shaun really knows what he’s doing. Both times I’ve been to him for a repair, he’s been transparent about exactly what work and parts are involved, has kept in touch about progress, and has got the job done quickly. He also pays attention to details like cleaning the phone and properly applying a screen protector, as well as testing to check all systems are working. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
