Royal Car Service was able to get a car to me within 15-20 minutes of calling when I was stranded at the airport. They were very professional. The driver, Patrick, arrived with a smile on his face and was both professional and kind. He was a safe driver and was able to get me to my destination in a timely manner even during inclement weather. I will most definitely recommend this car service to others in the future!

Friendly and helpful driver

James was professional and a great driver.

This was our first time using Royal and we are very pleased: excellent communication, clean vehicles, professional, personable and very punctual drivers with outstanding driving skills. They are also reasonably priced! We had James take us to the airport and Ernesto pick us up. We received an email the day before our transfer with the picture and contact info of our driver. Since our flight was over two hours late and the office was closed at midnight, that information was vital in staying in touch with our driver who was able to reschedule our transport with another available driver—all seamless to us, exhausted travelers who just wanted to get home. This was especially useful since the airlines do not always update their flight status—which was the case last night. So the only way for our driver to know anything was for us to contact him. Thank you for everything and keep up the great standards❣️
