Our standard mobile service fee of $50 for your location and diagnostic fee of $125 were clearly stated before the appointment was requested for your custom 1969 Camaro. The diagnostic fee covers the technician’s time, expertise, tools, and travel, regardless of how long the actual diagnosis takes—similar to standard practices across the automotive industry.

I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive. When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time. The mechanic brought the part out to show me exactly what was wrong, and he replaced it right in front of me. The whole process only took about 40 minutes! Plus, the repair came with a warranty, which they provided as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service.

He does great work, he did a great job with my 43-year-old Mercedes, does excellent work, very reasonable rates, highly recommend! And showed up on Sunday morning when they're in the middle of moving to a new house to fix something in my instrument cluster for me. The nicest people knowledgeable conscientious and careful.

I found this place through the excellent reviews on the internet and I have to say this place exceeded my expectations to the highest. They responded promptly and had me scheduled to a time that was convenient for me on a Saturday morning. I work full time during the week so it’s nearly impossible to schedule anything after work so this was definitely a perk for me. Scott took the time to perform the maintenance on my car as well as found other things that completely slipped past me and fixed it right there and then. The lady up front (Jennifer I believe her name is) was very personable and seemed to care for her customers. I even met another customer while waiting and she ranted and raved about kraken.needless to say 5 stars 2 thumbs up and I will never go anywhere else for my auto needs. Come on down and support them you will not be disappointed!!!

This is the most honest and fair car mechanic I've ever worked with in my 50 years of driving. I brought my truck in to have them work on it because I thought it was out of warranty, and they called the dealership and gave my VIN number and found out that it still was under warranty. And when I asked him how much he was going to charge me, he refused any money. And to top it off, they offered to drive the car back to the house on their way home. It's so nice to find an honest, independent businessman like this. He'll definitely be getting all of our auto servicing and repair work in the future. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough!!! They are absolutely life savers! I was traveling back home to north Kentucky from south Florida alone with my 3 kids for spring break, pulled into service plaza and went to leave. Nothing! Not starting. 830 at night! They came out diagnosed and had me follow to repair shop with a quick in and fix! I am so thankful to be able to make it home!! Thank you!!

I have never had to deal with a warranty situation before, the team there was fantastic. They knew exactly what to look for when I gave my issues, called my warranty company and within a few hours I was out the door paying way less than I expected this entire week. It was a stressful couple days for me and they were able to handle it with ease. I will definitely be back in the future. The are honest, fair and extremely friendly.
