So much of what's missing in the way brands represent themselves is that deep understanding of the values that drive every decision and communication touch point. Jay brings that back to the discussion and shows how to intersect not only the values of the brand you represent, but your own personal values, to create a product that truly reflects the people that run it.Now that I've been shifting to career coaching for marketers, I've begun buying this as a gift for everyone I work with. It's a must read for my clients that are thinking about how they make an impact both personally and professionally in a way that aligns with their values.
