We now know that some clients become quite frustrated when their proposal is rejected by the council, leading them to use online platforms to threaten businesses like ours and make unrealistic accusations. Unfortunately, this is one such case. We’re equally frustrated about the result for Chris’s application. Our fully qualified team of experts are here to assist all of our clients. Hi Chris, we believe your feedback does not accurately reflect the services we have provided. According to our records, we have sent over 200 emails, made numerous phone calls to you and the council, and held various team meetings to support your application and deliver the agreed-upon services. Therefore, we believe that the services we quoted have been fulfilled lawfully. Actually, we have received several phone calls and emails from you "thanking us for our services".  I can also confirm that all documents were forwarded to the case officer. However, as you are aware, the case officer has been reallocated, which has resulted in the council being unable to locate the documents received. This situation is beyond our control. The previous case officer already informed you at the beginning of summer 2024 that your application would be refused, as the council is not inclined to approve a development on that piece of green land. Your town planner made attempts to persuade them, but it appears to be a policy matter, leaving us with limited options. We did consider pursuing a Planning Appeal, but you preferred to take a different direction. After the council's last communication in August 2024, some time passed. We informed you that we were willing to submit a FREE Planning Appeal on your behalf for this non-determination, since the council has been unresponsive to our emails and calls. You declined this offer as well, and you decided to accuse us and decided to ask for compensation. You then threatened us with leaving negative reviews online and asked for a full refund since the council is not responding. We understand your frustration with how council's non-responsiveness to your case, but a refund of our services is a highly unrealistic request, as this has nothing to do with us.  Despite your negative calls and the threats conveyed in your emails, we took the time to contact the council to understand why they have not determined the application. When we spoke to Mr. Wok, he mentioned that you had actually appointed a new Planning Agent to take over the case. This wasn't communicated to us. Mr. Wok also stated that the council hasn't changed their and is ready to refuse the application, regardless of whether you hire another agent or not. You did not inform us about hiring a new agent or continuing with the application we initiated, which creates conflicts, as you do not have the right to use our supporting materials without a formal request, in accordance with our copyright policies detailed in our terms and conditions. This will be dealt with separately.  Thank you.

Hi Robert Lee As discussed in our recent phone calls and email correspondence, that your application has been refused by the council due to insufficient evidence that was required during the process.  Regrettably, the council did not request this information prior to the refusal of your application. Please be reminded that the approval of planning applications is solely at the discretion of the council. Had they chosen to engage with us during the process, we would have been pleased to provide the necessary documentation in a timely manner. Our team offered you further professional assistance on the bad news imminently however, it has come to our attention that subsequent to the refusal, you submitted another application to the council which included our copyrighted drawings and documents without obtaining prior written consent. Hi Shazad As explained a couple of times previously, the Quoted services are all lawfully fulfilled as prescribed in the terms and conditions. You have asked us to resubmit a new application for FREE, on the basis that council has rejected your original application. As explained to you a couple of times via emails and on the call, this is not included into our Quote but you insisted on threatening us with leaving a "bad review" if we don't provide FREE planning application. Our professionals have provided the services in good faith and to the best of their ability however, all planning applications are subject to and ultimately decided on by the Local Planning Authority. During the application process, our Town Planners contacted the council on several occasions to liaise with the case officer to facilitate the decision-making process as well - which is part of our standard services as described in the Quote. Please note, that we do have ARB Registered architects in our team as well. The allegations put forth do lack substantiation. We have already taken the necessary steps to contact the relevant parties regarding this review and the allegations. This includes safeguarding confidential corporate details protected by the T&Cs that our ex-client is obligated to uphold. Please note that this false review has been posted by an ex-client who has been trying to extort free services from Homz with the threat of "bad reviews". As you can see from this "review" we have made it clear that he is causing potential damage and we have asked him to cease and desist from trying to extort free services with these threats but he has not. We will take the action needed to protect ourselves from his continuing unlawful behaviour.
