We contracted Homz UK to complete a sui generis HMO class change from cat 3 on an existing residential building in the South East. We were very happy with all aspects of their work including set up, initial works, review and submission of the application. We were incredibly happy with their ongoing support via the application was being considered as well as their handling of the Councils reasonable questions regarding the application/planning intention. The application was a success within the planned timeline and we are very happy with the outcome. We would deffo use Homz again on a similar project. Thanks again guys

Would recommend We had our initial consultation with a town planner last week. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. We were also happy with the report we received afterwards outlining the recommendations on what we needed to do in order to prepare our application form for Planning Permission. We have actually decided to use Homz to act as an agent on our behalf and submit the application for us, as they are able to do this within 10days.
