Fraudulent travel company Gaura Travel don’t use them. Over charge for everything, even the window seats. If you’re changing the dates $500 dollars extra. I’ve paid and I got told $250 for window seats. Never 👎 coming back to this scam again. Mann travel is thousand times better than Gaura Travel check the reviews see it yourself.

**Stay away from Gaura Travel** I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gaura Travel. I paid for my air tickets well in advance, but when it came time for my travel, they had still not issued the tickets. This left me in a completely stressful and frustrating situation, with no tickets and no way to proceed with my trip. Despite having fully paid, Gaura Travel failed to deliver the tickets on time, and their lack of communication made things worse. I had no updates or responses from their team, and it ruined my entire travel plan. This is an incredibly unprofessional and unreliable service, and I strongly advise against using Gaura Travel for any of your travel bookings. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and responsible service.

A Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs!** I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and fraudulent behavior of this travel company. We paid them the full amount in advance for our air tickets, trusting that they would handle everything as promised. However, on the day of our travel, we were shocked to discover that no tickets had been issued. We were left stranded at the airport with no choice but to pay for our tickets again out of our own pockets. This company is a complete scam. They took our money, provided no service, and left us in a highly stressful and inconvenient situation. Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. We tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they either ignored us or gave us false assurances. I strongly advise everyone to **STAY AWAY** from this company. Do not make the same mistake we did. There are plenty of reliable travel agencies out there – this is not one of them. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and money by avoiding this fraudulent operation. If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience has been a nightmare, and I hope no one else has to go through the same.

Was very bad book with them and they book me separately from my kids and we end up sitting separately from our 8 year and 10 year kids even kids don't have same seats very bad service when ring them and they blame sale department and when I said put me sale department they said we can't transfer you very rude after getting money better to book straight with airline

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent change to my flight schedule. I had booked a flight with gaura travel but I was recently informed that the flight schedule has been altered without adequate notice and flight is 4 days early from original time.This change has caused significant inconvenience to me, as I had already made arrangements around the original flight time. I am disappointed that I was not given enough advance notice of the schedule change, nor were there alternative solutions offered that would work with my plans. Big scam

BUYER BEWARE I wish I could give 0 or negative stars but this is the least that I can. Avoid this company like plague. They are the most untrustworthy and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I am surprised that they have not yet been caught out by the authorities and are still in business. I am sure you can see why I gave them the rating that I have. We booked a flight with them in November 2024. As required, the booking confirmation payment equal to 5% of the fare was paid using my credit card, no issues. The remainder of the payment was made to an account number provided to me by them. This payment was supposedly held back by the bank for 24 hours. Later, the bank confirmed that the payment was duly cleared the same day within 7 minutes. However, to ensure that the booking could be confirmed, they asked us to make another payment, which we did in good faith, on the assurance given by them that the amount made on the earlier payment would be refunded to me once an application for refund was made on their portal. To this day, five (5) months after the initial transaction, by which time I have already two (2) applications for 'Request for Refund' but I have not been given my refund. They still claim that the money has not been received - which is a blatant lie as I did provide the transaction details to them as well as provided by my bank. In my view, this is a diabolically bad, fraudulent, dodgy, unreliable and untrustworthy business to deal with totally morally bankrupt and entirely devoid of all business ethics. Check other reviews and you'd find that this isn't an isolated case. This is how they seemingly operate. I have lodged a formal complaint against them with Consumer Affairs Victoria and they have assured me that their investigative team will be dealing with them. I am hopeful that I get my money back and this business is appropriately punished for bad business practices with substantive punitive damages to avoid a recurrence of such activities with other potential customers.

Title: Worst Travel Experience – Avoid Gaura Travel! Quantas Airlines Australia Booked a round trip to India via Gaura Travel with meal preferences (vegetarian/vegan), and seat selection. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was arranged—no meal, no seat selection, and no online check-in was allowed. The airline confirmed Gaura Travel never sent my requests, leaving me without proper food. Even after complaining and being assured it was fixed for the return flight, nothing changed. I was given only a piece of bread and coffee. Terrible service—completely unreliable! Avoid at all costs. NEVER BOOK WITH GAURA TRAVEL.

Your services have not only failed to meet basic standards but have also subjected me to a series of deceptive practices, resulting in financial loss and considerable inconvenience. During the course of attempting to book a single flight ticket, I was required to pay a 5% non-refundable deposit. On three separate occasions, the provided PayID details led to failed transactions, causing me to spend over an hour trying to complete the payment. Each time, the booking was subsequently cancelled, and I was advised to make a new booking at a higher price, necessitating another 5% deposit. Consequently, I ended up paying two non-refundable 5% deposits and still did not secure a flight ticket. This repetitive and manipulative process demonstrates a clear attempt to exploit customers through fraudulent means. I expect an immediate investigation into these practices and a full refund of the deposits I have paid. Additionally, I demand a transparent explanation for these issues and a guarantee that such practices will be rectified to prevent further occurrences. When I reached out for assistance, I requested to speak with a manager to address my concerns. I was informed that no managers were available to assist me, and my request was denied. It is both baffling and unacceptable that your company operates without managerial oversight readily available to resolve such critical issues. This lack of support and accountability only exacerbates my dissatisfaction and raises serious questions about your business practices. I demand a thorough investigation into this matter, a prompt resolution of my issue, including a full refund of the deposits I have paid, and assurance that managerial support will be available to address any future concerns.

Last time I booked flight through them and decided later that I will never ever book a flight through them. They just kept manipulated again and again with lack of transparency. In whole it was a hazzle and dishonesty from their end. Don’t fall for the trap.

Very Disappointed With these guys .. Asked them for Wheelchair and Veg Meal for my mother who was traveling from India ..She neither got wheelchair or any Meal in Plane ..When she Showed her boarding to airplane staff , they said she doesn’t have any meal requested for her .. I am just wondering if they would do the same booking for their parents without food .. when I called Gaura travel with my compliant they clearly said that they have requested but if u don’t get any of requests , we can’t do anything .. I won’t Recommend Gaura Travel to anyone ..

They don’t care about us, I especially told them that we have 2 years old baby with us and still they booked our seats separately, we have to beg others passengers so we sit together and not just one flight Adelaide to Malaysia, Malaysia to India and same with return ticket

Absolutely useless service, they promise you one thing and book you on incorrect fares, they are not clear on the available payment options and their agents are extremely rude and not well informed. When you call to ask for help they repeat the same thing like parrots and they wont even try to help or escalate calls. Will never ever book with Gaura again. Absolute SCAM of a company!
