Scammers don’t book with them. They will charge u money during the booking and after that they will ticket will be sent one day prior to departure and one day prior to coming back Call them to refund no refund will be provided Reviews are fake most of them So don’t book with them

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Stay Away I have already raised a customer complaint, a negative Google review, and all the required steps to STOP their scam calls, but still, I am getting it. Yesterday, a caller named JAY called me and asked me to book a ticket. Incredible! You guys are so desperate for a sale. I called by mistake to query about a flight months ago, and since then you guys have listed my number in your calling list, and I regularly get sales calls while my mobile number is listed in the DND registry.

The experience with gaura travel is worse than any other travel agency. They try to trap customers with the false trap like special discount but infact they knew that this flight is going to be delayed for 6 to7 hrs........I request everyone please don't fall in their trap for diacount. Its better to book from other agencies atleast they are trustworthy

Very bad experience with them I booked the tickets with them and paid full and not received the ticket and next day I called them they said different excuses never booked

I booked 3 tickets from them for my wife,my 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. I told them first thing when booking that I need 3 seats together and special meals for all 3. Today I was doing online checking and I found my sons seat is different from my wife and daughters and also there is only 1 special meal Instead of 3. I called them and I was told to request at counter for seats to be together, when I asked what if they said no, I don't want my 5 year old to be sitting with random stranger. To which I was told we cannot do anything about it, only thing is I can do now is request at counter. They said we buy tickets in bulk and we cannot change seats for customer, so that means there was probability my 3 year old daughter could have also been sitting with total stranger. How on earth are they even allowed to do that. I will never book from them. Learned my lesson.
