Will was fantastic. We had a scheduled phone appointment which went for about 45 mins. After reviewing our current policy and what our health insurance requirements are we switched to a local South Australian Health Insurance provider. The annual saving that Will was able to achieve was scary. We will lose only a few benefits from our currently provider but gain so much more in benefits refunded.
