They fixed what I needed at a good price but the customer service left some to be desired. I wasn’t ever called when my product was fixed and the welcome when you go in the shop is nonexistent

I recently had an incredible experience with this TV repair shop that I just have to share. My 4-year-old, 65-inch TV, which had been a central part of our family’s daily life, randomly stopped turning on one day, leaving us quite disappointed and out of options. After some research, I decided to bring it to this shop not too far from our house. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, understanding, and genuinely interested in solving my problem. They listened carefully to my issue, provided a clear and concise diagnosis, and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. To my delight, the repair was completed ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up my TV, the staff took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. They even gave me tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future and maintain my TV’s longevity. It’s rare to find such a dedicated, skilled, and customer-focused service team. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service have earned them a lifelong customer in me. I highly recommend this TV repair shop to anyone facing issues with their television. They truly did an awesome job, and I am beyond grateful.

He was honest and advised me to purchase a new TV rather than trying to sell me a service or repair fee. Dan even assisted me in recommending a better brand with a larger screen for less than it would have cost to repair my current one. You will surely have a positive experience with him!
