+5 Star: Exceptional knowledge and experience with the Hunter product line. Professional installation of an 8 zone system, working closely with our landscaper, identified irrigation requirements to support a diverse array of plants, shrubs, and trees (drought resistant and not so drought resistant ). Several irrigation contractors were interviewed. Upon detailed review of estimates submitted we discovered that one major contractor did not include a master valve shut, a necessary requirement that can be confirmed with the manufacturer, and stated that “you simply have to trust me that I know what I’m doing” while other estimates where vague or in some cases there were no written estimates provided after the site visit. In contrast, Bryan provided us with a comprehensive detailed estimate while on site, highlighting considerations for inclusion in the plans drawn relative to the hardscape part of our project and took the time to thoroughly explain all elements. We echo the other 5 star reviews in that: his price was very competitive; the professionalism of his crew, the above average install quality and through site cleanup when finished. Bryan and his team have been fantastic. Expert Irrigation Niagara has been on budget, on time, extremely professional and efficient. Expert Irrigation Niagara’s quote was extremely competitive. They stayed on budget and did a fantastic job. Despite being very busy Bryan has been very responsive, answering any queries I have had quickly and thoroughly. He has been in the business for many years and this is very obvious as he is very competent and his knowledge is vast. We love the fact that Expert Irrigation Niagara’s system maintenance is ‘no-entry’ so we don’t need to be home when the team comes to shut the system down or start it up each season. This is our second time using Expert Irrigation Niagara. You cannot go wrong with Bryan and his team. We highly recommend them to anyone for any irrigation project.

I got a sprinkler system installed a few years ago and everything was fine even though I had some issues with the practicality of what was being done everything worked out fine. Since then booking service appointments for starting up my system or making a small repair have gotten difficult and expensive. Compared to other companies in the area I was paying almost double for a service call and waiting twice as long to get issues dealt with. So If good customer service is as big to you as it is to me I'd recommend looking for other companies to install or upkeep your sprinkler systems

Brian and Eric installed a new irrigation system at our place and we were really pleased. The job came together pretty quickly as the warm weather allowed them to get some work done before the snow flies. They came in on a Thursday afternoon and were finished by the next day at noon. It include 20+ heads, all of the inside work, a 6-zone controller etc.- the work was done quickly, neatly and professionally. I love the app controlled system and look forward to starting it up in the spring! Great job guys

Although just recently installed my irrigation install appears to be just what I asked for . Competitive price and more professional info on proper pump required to do my job properly. This was a country property 4acre lawn and was a large install with just two guys one being the owner of the business . Will update in a year in hopes it continues to operate as I like .
