Was up to 3500 sc coins, tried to redeem. Supposed to take 24-48hrs they claim to verify ID, it took a week. Finally verified, no redeem the 3500 they now want bank credentials, upload everything directly from bank & no go, try again. Don’t use your own money.
Only use whatever the “casino” gives you for free and don’t use your own money. I only used what they gave me and won the first few hands I played then lost literally everything I won and everything they gave me for free. Odds are ridiculous. Glitches and all of the sudden technical issues after winning money
Won 73.00 on a slot game I decided to try out for the first time then the game started flipping to some type of asking me to turn my camera phone upside. It is funny how you win and then the money never makes it to you. Something is not right. I played many games on chumba never had this problem until now. I will not continue playing with chumba anymore. A slot game does not do what it did below after winning what is owed to you.

Chumba will close your account with no warning
I joined Chumba Casino and paid $10 to get SC coins to play. That same day they shut down my account. I was told I needed to send a picture of my ID, front and back, and a picture holding my ID before they would resume my account. I hadn’t even used the SC I paid for and now I can’t use it because I felt that what they requested was very intrusive. They refused to refund my money even though I never even got to use it. Play at your own risk.

I have been playing chumba for 4 years. I have been writing envelopes for credits for 2. I have never been denied 133 envelopes until now because they say I didn't write st.
