NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PHONE NUMBER NEVER give these people your phone number. If you do, they will send you texts almost every day and sometimes twice a day. They want you to call either 954-291-9073 or 954-278-3875. If you reply and text them that you are using a different company, that will not stop the calls. If you call them and tell them to stop because you are using a different company, they will not stop. Now what appears to be AAT corporate is texting asking if I want to ship my car again. The answer of course is, I would never use a company that is this much in need of new business.

Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AAT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I talked with Yandy, Tony, Victor & Jessica. Had reservations to pickup car on Monday, left several messages for all listed, just received a call from Victor on Thursday asking if car was still available for pickup, I said no we had to go with another company (had reservations for a week) and Victor hung up on me! VERY PROFESSIONAL….N O T …….

No Show Auto transport Worst experience from this company. they didn't show up, after I had signed the contract. No one ever returned my phone calls or texts. Very unprofessional sales team and office scheduler

Just HORRIBLE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I promise you all the 5 stars are fake. I don’t even know where to start. I booked with them beginning of February for my car to be picked up and dropped off by March 4th. I was told February 28th is the day they will pick up the car. The 28th come no one calls no one shows up. I keep calling , texting emailing every number I could find and had. No answers. 3 days passes by , still NOTHING. At this point I knew they are only ignoring my number so I called from my sisters phone and sure enough they answer as soon as they hear it’s about my car they ask to put her on hold and she’s on hold for 30 minutes then they hangup and they don’t answer her anymore either. Finally after 4 days I get a text back from the manager “it’s not just your car , there is all these other cars …” Fine , I will be patient. When signing the contract I was told I can put up 100lbs in the car which I did , but when the driver came to pick my car up and he charged me an extra $100 because I have stuff in the car. Like WHAT. He did not pick my car up from my house , I had to drive to him. They dropped my car off 2 days after when they were supposed to drop my car off, and again they did not drop it off at my house , I had to Uber to him and pick my car up. Oh and on the contract I was told after my deposit I owe another 1050, but the driver said no it’s 1100!!!! Nothing on the contract was accurate. Horrible horrible costumer service. I’m not a person to leave a review good or bad but they made me cry and frustrated me sooooo much that this will not be my only review. Booking with them is like you are asking for stress and headaches. Don’t do it.

worst experience ever Rob is a scam. they will try to persuade you, but is very irresponsable and will ask for cash app payments( then will change the price) worst expecience ever sending my car. please do not use do not trust!

Great service I used AAT and connected with Paul Strausberg. I have shipped several csrs and this was the best experience. I contact Paul on Tuesday, the truck was picked up on Wednesday and delivered t me 800 miles away on Friday. Paul kept me informed and provided all the information I needed. The rates were also very good
