Have two warranties on my vehicles One warranty to claim for a timing chain issue they said I didn't have a thousand miles on my vehicle since I took the warranty but they would cover it if I had a thousand miles they didn't cover it I ended up paying out of my pocket. Second vehicle has 8,000 mi on it basically the same issue they're denying that also saying it's a wear and tear item which most parts in a motor are wear and tear says right of the paperwork timing chains are covered along with a lot of other timing components and components that are wear and tear company will not warranty the vehicle so far I'm out $8,000 almost in repairs that I should have only paid $100 each repair and about $3,800 and some odd change for each warranties . Call the company All they do is argue with you call you names and don't stand behind their warranty but they say stuff is warrantied but then try to claim it it's not warrantied I would stay away from these people or this company when you call you get the same person every time they will not connect you to anybody higher up The salesman lied to me told me everything's covered except for oil changes tires brakes stuff similar to that Fair warning stay away from these people and their company

They get out of paying for your repairs on your vehicles

Great price for warrenty. Sabrina helped me secure a comprehensive warranty and more importantly a piece of mind that I don’t need to worry about costly repairs!! I hope this warrenty works as well as they say!!!

A dream to sign up. A nightmare to file a claim or receive a refund. Finally ended the nightmare but the refund took 7 weeks to arrive after initial request and calling three times and emailing dozens more. Does not matter which plan you pick; I chose the highest. They pick what is covered and come up with bold faced lies as to what is pre-existing. Deductible price is a lie as well. They claimed it was $100, but it was $200. They clearly have a bottom dollar and don’t give two farts about covering anything and they simply lie. Seems to be a common theme with the lower reviews. No clue how they get five stars and high ratings from websites that rank warranties. I took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership and a Big O Tire chain and they both said it was the worst warranty they’ve dealt with. So excited it’s finally done. STAY AWAY!

Stop calling me I said put me on do not call list any you still call ! I turned you in for fines !

I haven't used the Service yet because my truck has only had required oil change, air filter and brake pads done since I've had the insurance. These are not on the list of things covered. They have contacted me various times to see if everything is going okay.
