Rackley Roofing has been amazing to work with. I am the Executive Director of our local museum. I have a 19,000 sq ft building with a flat roof that has had persistent roof leak issues, some of which have gone unresolved for 15+ years despite multiple different roofing companies attempting to fix them and completely replacing our roof. Rackley is the first and only roofing company that took the time to make a comprehensive diagnosis for our problems and have corrected ALL our issues! They are quick to respond, professional, and courteous, and know what they are doing!

Just wanted to express my thanks to David Parris and the men that came on site here at Joe Rodgers Office Supply for a roof leak we were having in one of our furniture showrooms. I have known David for quite a while and when I called in, within a couple of days the Rackley crew pulled up, evaluated the situation, and fixed the problem in a short period of time. I can't say enough about the professionalism of both David Parris as well as the gentlemen that did the repairs. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs a business would have.

The work is actually ongoing, but I have valued the engagement David Parris has extended to us (Cleveland Utilities). He has allowed us to speak into the processes and build what I believe to be a strong business relationship. David is certainly a strong advocate for his company and the work they perform. We have found that Rackley to be a very upstanding company, when they do the work, they stand behind what they did, we are very happy with our results and with the work they performed for us. It was a fairly long process, but they stuck with us, and us with them to get the results we expected. Good company, on time, professional in what they did and how they performed their tasks. Very satisfied with them and their work. One thing they did was clean and recoat out skylights, boy what a difference, you don't notice over time the amount of light you loose as they get dirty. 10 years of dirt washed away and a big gain in light restored due to their service. Happy campers on this side.
