The level of professionalism is non-existent!
The food is truly faultless so tasty and the flavours were amazing! The waiter we had was a lovely young woman, however there, was aa man there who I can only assume was the boss he was cold, rude, unprofessional and decided to have a meeting with our waiter behind us complaining about a booking. This went on for a long period of time during our meal. He continued to shout at one of the chefs downstairs and then proceeded to literally scream at him upstairs! Honestly, this is an example of one of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had. It really needs to change so it's 2 stars from me I'm afraid, for the food and waiter!

Accommodating service but significant room for improvement in the kitchen department. The vegan tikka masala was one of the worst Indian dishes I’ve tasted: comprising chunks of faux-chicken with definite school diner vibes swimming in an insipid tomato sauce that completely lacked the aromas one usually finds in Indian cuisine. The server kindly took the dish back to the kitchen, but alas the cook’s second attempt at this curry was only marginally better.

I asked for recommendations for vegetarians, and Razu kindly recommended the Jackfruit and artichoke Biryani, and he wasn’t wrong, it was absolutely delicious, I enjoyed every bit of my time at the restaurant and Razu made sure to make me feel very welcome and comfortable, I tried the mango lassi with pistachios and was magical. Great place, grate food, excellent service from the waiter. Highly recommended it!

I have walked in with my partner Tuesday evening, The place was empty it was just one table by the window with two people in it and another table with three people, not far from front door, A man come Towards us and ask if we booked table! We said no. He said you have to book table and He offered us the table which is close to the table of 3 people. The restaurant was completely empty in the back, He want us to sit by the door, so the restaurant looks busier.
We had to leave because his attitude was very bad and he was very rude, I will never go there again no customer service.

First time at Namaste with 7-8 family members. The service was on par, very attentive staff. The food was plenty and lots of variety of north Indian dishes. Pretty good portions and sauces with varied flavors. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

We visited our favourite restaurant in Highgate over the weekend and were once again spoilt with great food, ambience and service! They just keep getting it right consistently!
