Je suis ravin d'avoir faire cette intervention FUE avec Hair Palace,il y a eu avant de nombreux mails et 2 appels téléphonique pour expliquer le déroulement de l'intervention et les modalités du séjour.
L'intervention c'est bien déroulée ,l'équipe était très professionnelle et j'avais toute la journée l'assistance d'une interprète !

Je suis depuis deux jours à Budapest. Je suis venu pour des implants de cheveux. Honnêtement, je ne suis pas déçu. Tout s’est bien déroulé, aussi bien dans l’organisation du séjour prise en charge à l’aéroport, le logement les explications, les interprètes… et bien évidemment l’opération qui s’est déroulée de 8h30 à 16h30 ce lundi. Les gens sur place font tout pour nous mettre en confiance, ils reçoivent plus de 70 clients par mois et se n’est pas pour rien, je peux le confirmer. Les explications sont claires, l’hygiène est irréprochable dans les locaux et dans la salle d’opération ( et c’était un point extrêmement Important pour moi ) globalement après 3-4 semaines on reprend une vie normale. C’est ma première opération et je reviendrai probablement dans une dizaine d’années sachant du haut de mes 40 ans je perds mes cheveux tout doucement. Bref vraiment je vous recommande cet organisme

I would recommend Hairpalace for anyone considering a transplant. The team at HairPalace made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Airport transfers with a lovely driver, modern accommodation right beside the clinic and most importantly friendly and professional clinical staff.
I had a 2 day procedure to transplant 6000 hairs. Each day started with the extraction from the back of the head (while you are lying face down) you then have a lunch which can be chosen from a large diverse menu (which has vegetarian options) and the second half of the day involves implanting the hair to the donor site while you sit up and can watch a film from a huge list.
In the end they were unable to extract the full 6000 hairs (due to issues relating to my hair density etc) but this was fully explained and I received a refund as soon as the procedure had ended and they were explaining the aftercare treatment.
I am a month into my recovery and have had zero issues. My head has fully healed and the implanted hairs have started to fall out (as they're suppose to). I am now eagerly awaiting for the hair to regrow.
I hope to leave another review with photos once I can see the full effects of the transplant.

I was really happy with my whole experience with Hairpalace. I was nervous in advance and had a lot of questions but Ditta who was coordinating my treatment was super responsive and answered everything very quickly. The accommodation provided was very comfortable and in a safe area and building, and although a short tram ride from the centre of the city, didn't feel far away and I would be happy to stay there again. The treatment process was very smooth (the doctor who did the treatment was Dr Kitti Kovacs) and everything was explained at all times what was happening and how long each step would take. I felt very reassured during the process. They even offered to let me look through the microscope to see the extracted hairs before reimplanting them which was interesting! It has only been a couple of days since my treatment so results will take a while to see but I am already thinking about going back next year for a second treatment which I guess is the best recommendation I can give!

I had a hair transplant surgery with Hair Palace on Monday 22nd, November 2021. The overal experience from A to Z was fabulous and beyond professional. All the steps were well arranged and all the team handled the surgery with persevarance and much care. I have to wait for a couple of months to see the results, but I am super optimistic !

Excellent service, they treated me very well, all very kind and attentive, the place and apartment were very good,the surgery does not feel pain, everything excellent, just a recommendation before taking the surgery, check the difference between graft And hair, the truth is yes they covered me an area affected but the truth is I was going with the expectations of leaving there without deep receding hairline and hoping to have a normal forehead but all recommended .

du premier contact téléphonique jusqu'à retour à l avion , tout c'est déroulé parfaitement
un bon suivie par mail , les explications sont claires
un chauffer nous a reçu à l'aéroport et nous a conduit au logement
le logement très propre avec tout le nécessaire ( deux commerces d alimentations à proximité
distance entre l appartement et la clinique 20 mn à pied
le jour de l intervention j'ai été reçu par une personne parlant parfaitement le Français
les explications du déroulement de la journée sont précises
prévoir 6 a7 heures pour 5000 cheveux
le lendemain matin le chauffeur est venu nous chercher , direction l 'aéroport
beaucoup de sérieux et de professionnalisme

Le déroulement post opératoire et opératoire se sont très bien passés. J'ai eu réponse à l'ensemble de mes questions par mail et ils ont été très réactif. Vous êtes très bien renseigné sur le déroulé de l'opération de votre arrivée à votre départ. L'opération c'est très bien passée. Que ça soit la traductrice, la docteur ainsi que l'ensemble du personnel assistant, elles ont été très accueillante et très professionnelles.
Je ne peux que recommander cette clinique. Encore merci ?

J'ai contacté Hairpalace pour une FUE sur le sommet de la tête, l'analyse de la zone donneuse et receveuse s'est faite via les photos que j'ai envoyées. Je suis allé à Budapest dans un appartement très sympa de Hairpalace, à 10mn de marche de la clinique. Sur place la chirurgien a réévalué que les 5000 greffons étaient possibles. L'opération a pris la journée, j'ai été tout le temps suivi par une interprète française qui s'assurait que je n'avais besoin de rien.
Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, maintenant il faut que j'attende encore quelques mois pour voir le résultat final.

Réception dès l'aéroport avec transfert dans un appartement cosy,Très bon accueil à la clinique dès la réception avec une personne s'exprimant dans un français parfait, personnel compétent, très bon repas proposé entre la pause de midi, vraiment rien à redire, je conseille vivement.

Equipe très professionnelle... Très bon accueil...
Un coordinateur francophone vous suit, et surtout équipe médicale à votre écoute et très rassurante.
L'appartement où j'ai été logé était très agréable et bien situé.
Très agréablement surpris par la qualité du séjour.
Je recommande... plus qu'a attendre le résultat définitif !!! Mais après seulement 1 mois on voit nettement la différence.

J ai contacté en début d année Hairpalace en Hongrie et je dois avouer que tout a été extrêmement fluide ( intervention en fin septembre)
L organisation à distance avec Alexander (le coordinateur) s est très bien passé.
Le contact à l arrivé de l aéroport, l accueil à la clinique, l appartement que l on m’a donné .
Tout était très bien!
Concernant les 2 jours de l intervention, toute l équipe a été charmante avec une prise en charge au petit soin toute la journée.
Le médecin qui m’a fait l intervention à été tout à fait à l écoute de mes désidératas et à effectué un travail remarquable avec son équipe de 4 personnes :)
L interprète a été présenté tout à long des 2 jours de l intervention.
En bref, moi qui suis assez critique, je n ai rien à y redire
J en suis à la 4 eme après l intervention, la perte des cheveux arrive avant la repousse final
Je suis ravis d avoir pris la décision de faire cette opération avec Hairpalace
Je recommande vivement !!!
