I have found Dr Razak to be an excellent doctor when you require medical help you always get her or her team who will contact you, she is very professional will always explain everything. Due to the bad press that GP Practices are getting I am happy to say that I have not found any complaints that I can complain about from Dr Razak or the reception staff, I have friends and family who are always complaining about there GP, my experience is the opposite never had any problems with you or your practice.
Dr Razak is a compassionate person who always tries to solve whatever the medical problem is.
Dr Razak please keep up the fantastic service you give to your patients, I am very proud to be your patient.
Doctors are okay. The receptionists are absolutely vile. Speaking over me on the phone, failing to understand what I am asking, cutting the phone if they don’t understand me and having such a rude tone as if I’m inferior. Absolutely horrible. Need better admin staff.
I would give no stars if I could, not even half a star.
Judging by the reviews, I am not the only one that thinks this practice is a disgrace!
To cut a long story short I tried for a whole week to book a GP appointment for my son who is disabled and has a brain injury and had various issues I needed to discuss with the GP. Including referrals wheelchair application form signed and other forms and a check on his cholesterol and meds.
So I called and Kelly the receptionist said a Dr would get back to me and I explained I needed it on a day that I wasn’t working and she then put me into practice manager (only by name and she is in capable of managing a surgery) Michelle she promised I would get a call back with an appointment for the following Friday within the working days 48hrs
On the Monday I heard nothing so I called again
Still not given an appointment and was spoken to by a very rude, incompetent and disrespectful receptionist team In a most disrespectful way. Who refused to be helpful.
Zina (who called police on me)
I went in there today to get a complaints form, Stacey was on office phone, whilst also browsing on her personal mobile.
Ignored me, then zina came in and I asked her to get the manager and a complaint form she refused both. Saying Michelle was busy. Stacey offered me an A4 piece of paper no official complaints form and no direction to complaints policy.
They then ended up calling police on me.
But they do not actually know what they have done now and for the sake of a call and a complaints form I will be taking this as far as it can go and will be suing them.
Managed to get complaint form through the police who also went back into surgery and gave it to Michelle.
I have 2 witnesses who were also disgusted. Next step PALS and if I am not happy Ombudsman.
I am registering my son at a much better surgery up the road as Dr Razac doesn’t give a hoot about patient care and receptionists are disgusting!
Stay away from this surgery!
Make a complaint and they call police
No wonder they have warnings on the phone and wall in surgery warning about untoward behaviour probably because they
Have had so many unhappy patients as they are utterly incompetent.
You should deal with great hesitation and reservation with this surgery.
I don’t frequent this surgery and this is partly why;
A member of the administrative staff divulged my medical records without my consent to a family member.
On 21st February 2023 a member of my family called myself informing me a member of the surgery staff asking for me the family member asked what the call pertained to subsequently a response was given unfortunately that response was in direct violation of the NSH act 2006 section 251 my medical records were then factually shared by that member of staff to my family member.
Upon understanding the surgery where looking for me and the content of the telephone conversation with my family member I called the surgery 30th February 2023 for an explanation to why my medical records were shared without my consent to a family member, I made the senior practice manager aware I am being harassed by family member’s as a direct result to my medical records being shared without my consent which is causing me distress, with panic and repeated succession of what seemed at the time sincere apologies the senior practice manager acknowledged the breach to confidentiality and apologised and said they will issue an letter of apology stating the fact. Later that day on the 30th of February I received the letter of “apology” the content of the letter was devoid of acknowledging the breach of trust and confidentiality rather the senior practice manager thought it a sincere apology to apologise for writing to me.
I’m yet to make sense of the letter as it is devoid of accountability or logic and portrays the unashamed contempt for its patient and resigning failure Golborne Practice west Ten group has committed itself to.
I have experienced many other incidents of malpractice in varying degrees with this surgery over 20+ year span as their patient I have shared none until today I have reached the pinnacle of tolerance and loyalty divulging private medical records is the epitome of resounding failure in a medical practice assigned to aid assist and shield its patients.
The people that are entrusted with such sensitive information should be characters that can be trustworthy and not traders in gossip and office natter about their patients.
I am not shocked nor surprised but disappointed as a Muslim myself that the surgery is headed by an apparent Muslim representing a large portion of the Muslim patient demographic in the area of kensington a medical practitioner who should be a representative of high upstanding moral values and whom displays their credentials with pride in the waiting area of this surgery in admiration of their accomplishments yet fails to take time to properly observe and frequently vet those they employ to act administrative roles on their behalf.
I ask Dr Razak what does it feel to have your rights violated and undermined to be treated with contemptible indifference? and if you Dr Razak can’t relate to your patients are you even suitable for the job you have been entrusted to fulfil?. A new building is not a remedy to failing morals meeting quotas and contractual obligations by any means necessary is void of integrity.
Can't remember the last time I have seen a doctor!, my son was in terrible pain the doctor diagnosed him over the phone and misdiagnosed him. He had to go to A&E,to be examined and found out that he had appendicitis! Had to stay in hospital for an operation,it was removed the next day. Thanks for nothing golborne medical center. Smh
I find the doctor in this surgery not very helpful very uncaring.dismissing also a nightmare getting prescription on time.we as a family been with this surgery for 27 years.i feel very much let down by the care me and my family have received.
This awful doctor establishment couldn’t even do a simple blood test on me. They even falsely diagnose patients, which is dangerous. This means, I will never be coming back and I will pay for appointments & check-ups privately. 2/10
Never known a harder working team that strive to support everyone’s needs to find a solution. Dr Razak is attentive and always finds a way to help and has brought in some wonderful new services that are more support of our needs. Thank you.
The doctors Melisseidi, Yasmin, Ramasamy and Nannithambi were very kind and gentle with me. They were all well mannered and listened to me carefully and prescribed the right medication and as well referred me where necessary. I have no qualms whenever I need attend the surgery. The receptionists were excellent too.
Only go to this GP if you don’t value your health, Razak doesn’t deserve to be a Doctor, no empathy she doesn’t allow good Doctors to do their jobs, all she cares about is her budget. The good doctors that want to help are scared of her, she should be investigated and dismissed, no point complaining because the general practitioner is always on her side
Dr Melisseidi is the worst doctor, very rude, impatient, and utterly unprofessional. She cannot do her job, I've asked her for just a referral letter and instead she starts raising her voice and arguing with me that she wont write one because "she didnt feel like it" She made me call the hospital that needed the referral letter infront of her because she accused me of lying and started shouting at the other health professionals on the phone too. Really disgusting behaviour. I guess in the several years of medical training it takes to be a doctor they don't teach you manners or to be empathetic to a patient.
And now Ive heard she has been rude and raising her voice to my mother refused helpng her just because she didnt feel like writing her a sick note. Which another doctor did in 5 minutes. This woman is really terrible. She doesnt deserve a job in the medical field and is a pathetic excuse for a doctor. Shouting at elder women and other health professionals. The minute you sit down in her office, she gets a power kick from belittling her patients and raising her voice, and refusing to do her job.
Today I would like to make a complain of two doctors
Name is Pohugh and doctor Wyact
The both of the doctor are they provide me with a different medicine, different cream different everything,
The doctor Wyact provided me medicine and using cream for past three months, unfortunately I use both of them it doesn’t work for my acne.

The worst ever receptionists I had ever come a cross and also the evening Doctor she was very unprofessional and was just rushing to go home rather than listening to my issues unbelievable I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this practice so so unhappy 😕
