I recently placed an order for several strawberry varieties, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the packaging and presentation. The plants arrived in pristine condition. Each plant looked healthy, which is a testament to the quality of the order. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

a few months ago a bought a fern plus postage £21. When it arrived in 2 litre pot it was obvious it was a sick plant and small enough for 9cm pot. I called Worfield Plants who promised to get back to me on Monday which they did. They were not interested in my complaint about the fern, were not interested in a photo and sent me en email advising plant care. Given the money spent I think that is disgusting. Save your money, go elsewhere

Awful service. Supplied dead plants in pots. Planted out in good faith. Nothing happened. Worfield then state no refunds if concerns not raised 48 hours after receipt. So you need to decide quickly somehow if a cutdown plant is dead right away - impossible. Very disappointed on £45 of plants.

Very disappointing, no flowers or buds, just a small green plant that cost over £25. I did complain but was told it should flower next year. Other nurseries send out the same plant with at least one flower already on it. This was for a gift as a result I went another company and bought another one. The response to my complaint did not help.

After seeing an offer on BBC Gardening Magazine website I ordered from Worfield. They missed off one plant from my order and had to contact them to chase this up. This was sent on afterwards with an apology. The plants are well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail. However, the quality wasn't great. One plant was received very wilted due to lack of water but did eventually revive, most of the others were brown and crusty around the edges of the leaves. Wouldn't rush to use them again.

Excellent plants came out in good condition and on time. But had 1 small plant in a very large box the other 5 in a much smaller box no need for a large box not environmentally friendly
