Working with Arran Amorozo in West Capital Lending was so quick, effortless, and made our refinance such a stress free process. He was very patient with my family and especially with me, since I asked him a lot of questions and made him repeat himself multiple times. Arran was in constant communication with us and took the time to go over the process in detail making it easy for us to understand and make decisions. All of the paperwork was electronic, which was very appreciated especially during COVID. Lastly, I value Arran’s honesty and transparency with us - he made recommendations to us based on our needs and was upfront with all the costs. At the end of the process, everything was as expected and no surprises. I would definitely come back to refinance or even purchase another home with West Capital Lending, especially with Arran.

David Nasr was fantastic to work with. I get frustrated with all the requests from the underwriters for esoteric paperwork, but David tracked down the required documents, making phone calls for me when I was about to call it quits. Always professional, responds promptly. Couldn't be more pleased.

Tom Chioles provided me with the best experience I've ever had working with a mortgage professional, by far! He was so quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns, and he always answered my emails/texts/phone calls no matter what time I reached out to him - day or night. He accomplished what no other broker was able to do in providing me with a significantly lower interest rate on the refinance of my house and he was also able to get me twice the amount of cash-out that any other broker claimed to be able to do. Our house was miraculously refinanced within 12 days, from start to finish, INCLUDING needing an appraisal, and it was accomplished during one of the busiest times of year, right before the Christmas holiday. Tom is a consummate professional, he's incredibly savvy, willing to explain things in great detail without making me feel silly for asking so many questions, and he has a fantastic sense of humor. He really cares about the people he helps and it is with the highest recommendation that I'm proud to be writing this review on his behalf! If you ever need a quality mortgage broker who will treat you with respect, handle your business as if it were his own, and get the job done seamlessly without any stress, he's your guy!!

Kwinsee was very communicative and helped me in a timely manner through all of our communication efforts. Since we were first time homebuyers, we did not have a lot of the background education and preparedness in buying our first home however Kwinsee helped us through the process and was patient. All of the paperwork and documents were collected and we were able to close without too much effort. Would definitely recommend.

Arran Amorozo did an amazing job with helping us refinance our loan.
