I love Holly Roser fitness! All the trainers are amazing. I’m a dance teacher so I definitely know all about the different muscles & how to use them. I’ve been so amazed with the different trainers & how they’ve been able to help me reach my different goals even thru injuries. I’d recommend them to anyone!
I started working out at Holly Roser Fitness Studio in November of 2022. I love coming to this studio, the trainers are all very knowledgeable. I have the best time working out with Joanne twice a week. She understands the rhythm of fitness. I have lost over ten pounds in 2 months while gaining muscle and overall strength. I look forward to my workouts with Joanne even when I have no motivation.

I joined HRF at the end of 2021 intending to feel stronger, learn the correct form, as well as feel confident in my body. I not only got what I came in for but so much more. The trainers at HRF go above and beyond during their training making sure every workout is tailored to your needs and that your form is on point to avoid any injury. The combination of strength, cardio, and core workouts has left me feeling strong and confident. Additionally, because of the trainers I know how to stretch my body before and after workouts, which has been an incredible addition to my morning and night routine. The care, compassion, and encouragement you get in each class from the trainers are unmatched. I have attended many different studios and worked with various trainers and can wholeheartedly say the trainers and workouts at HRF are THE BEST. I have done 1:1 sessions with Jen, Semi-Privates with Jen, as well as have worked with Cecilia for zoom workouts, Gabby, and Layla. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all these individuals. The positive energy they provide as well as being so attentive and genuinely caring is not something you can easily find in a fitness studio and I am forever grateful to have found it at HRF.

I have had the opportunity to train with Holly and many of her amazing trainers. They are all so professional, friendly and helpful. They put my fitness goals first and always make our sessions fun and tailored to my abilities. The personal trainers here are all amazing. My regular private trainer is Cecilia and my regular semi-private trainer is Jennifer. I've also worked with Sara, Andrew, and Gaby. I am in love with Mondays work out with Kenedi. Workout itself is amazing and she is a great motivator in addition to her efforts to keep us on track and asking us about goals which keep us focused. I highly recommend Kenedi as a trainer, she will definitely be adding a huge value to anyone’s journey to be healthier.

Just completed my first workout session in ages with a private trainer. Gabby was amazing and took into consideration all of my aches and pains and job-related issues. It felt really good to be back in the gym again. I am so grateful for meeting Holly and getting set up for success. It has been hard with wearing many hats and caring for so many people in my 26 years as a therapist and birth worker. I am excited for the journey ahead and self-care that I deserve. I've been working out with Gabby at Holly Roser Fitness since October 26th and I feel freaking AMAZING! Gabby has been an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to my training sessions with her. I'm recovering from a back injury, and she's been able to tailor our sessions so that they meet my physical restrictions but are still challenging and safe for me to do. Gabby is super knowledgeable about fitness, body mechanics and nutrition, and it's so obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients. I'm well on my way to meeting my fitness goals, and I know working with Gabby is a huge, huge part of that. I enthusiastically recommend Gabby and Holly Roser Fitness!!
I've just finished my first month of personal training with Gabby at Holly Roser Fitness and I am beyond happy...so much that I signed up for the 3 month membership! Yay! Everything from the space, the trainers, the staff and Holly herself are absolutely amazing and make you feel like a goddess! I highly recommend this gym and community of incredible women.
If you are shopping around for a workout class or just not sure where to start, Holly Roser fitness is the place for you. I was hesitant in starting my fitness journey, unsure of where to begin, and insecure of how I am even going to make it through a class. After my first session with Jen- all those fears went away. Having Jen to guide my through my fitness journey is something I will be forever be thankful for. The feeling I get after each workout session is one I wish for everyone to have- I feel stronger, I feel confident, and most importantly I feel such immense pride in myself. I never thought I would feel the way I do and it is all thanks to this studio, and especially to Jen who is truly a god send.
