Just had the worst airport shuttle experience ever. The driver was rude and unfriendly, somehow ended up not talking to us anymore and playing really loud music while driving. He also drove reckless and charged more than we initially agreed on before. He even drove with private number plates, not sure if we even had been insured in case of a accident. When we arrived at the airport he threw out our luggage. I highly advise to use other companies. This company seems really fishy.

This is illegal business not allowed pick up in cash in NY city also over charge service going to JFK in yellow cab 70$ they charge unlimited over 140$ , specially don’t trust your hotel employee front desk and doorman they all have connections to rip you off,be careful with fake vouchers and fake receipts from hotel ,specially in Rue hotel on 46st 8th Avenue Manhattan !!! I already submit report to TLC and DMV NY ,

Sanctuary hotel New York booked our ride with this company , amazing company , highly recommended, Mathias our 1st driver was brilliant and the car was amazing, 2nd driver Matt was also brilliant. Communication from both drivers was spot on too .If you’re not using these guys you need to start , they won’t let you down .
