2/27/25 I hear the commercial on the radio while driving to work I said to myself I’m going to call them. And I did started treatment the same day so far so good. The first session the pain is unbearable. 😩

I came in for knee pain and have improve tremendously! I am now able to walk an over a mile and bend my knee completely. The team is incredible they make you feel very comfortable specially Andrea in the front! I recommend this treatment for everyone it is amazing how good I feel

I turned to QC Kinetix after hearing about their non-surgical treatments for pain relief, but my experience has been a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I started treatment in December 2023, hoping that their regenerative therapy would provide relief for my aching knees. The treatment not only failed to improve my condition but also left me with a new pain in my knee that wasn’t there before. Because it’s regenerative, I wanted to give it plenty of time before writing this review. One of the biggest concerns is their lack of proper diagnostics. They did not use imaging tools to assess my condition before treatment. You actually sit down with a sales associate, not a doctor to assess your condition. This made me skeptical of their approach. I questioned this and he had a doctor call me at home the following day. The treatment cost $13,200, an enormous financial commitment, especially since it’s not covered by insurance. On top of that, QC Kinetix has a no-refund policy as soon as you begin treatment. Which happens to be right after you sign paperwork (same day…hmmm). No time to go home and sleep on it!!! This leaves you locked in, regardless of the results-or lack thereof. After starting the treatment, I brought up my new pain, where the needle was inserted. The doctor’s only advice was to sleep with a pillow between my knees. This dismissive response was frustrating and unhelpful, especially the time, money and hope I had invested. I strongly advise against wasting your money on these treatment. While the staff may be professional AND friendly, the lack of results, poor diagnostics, and rigid refund policy make it clear the QC Kenetix is not work the risk. DO YOUR RESEARCH and explore other options before committing to something so costly and ineffective.

I enjoy coming to my appointments at qck the staff is amazing, specially Andrea at the front desk. They are very attentive and informative.

Amazing experience with the whole team. I came in because I had been suffering with chronic neck pain for nearly 10 years and ran out of options for relief. All of the doctors, nurses, and even the receptionist really care about you and know what they are doing. I will recommend this place over and over again for anybody who is dealing with chronic pain. Remember, it’s a process so you must need to be patient but I promise it’s worth every penny.

7 years ago I had severely injured my spine in a mountain biking accident. The last orthopedic doctor to look at my mri results shook his head and asked in a sad voice "how did this happen?". I was told it would only get worse over time. With QC Kinetix, I am now around 65% better, more mobile, and more capable than I've been since the accident. The entire staff have been excellent to me and I would like to thank Dr. Fernandez, Milton, Ilona, Alicia, and Daniela for all of the kindness and encouragement that they have shown me through this journey. My experience with QC Kinetix has changed my life significantly for the better. Thank you all so much!

QC Kinetix was my only string of hope after medications stopped working for my knee pain. Dr. Fernandez has been a true support during my sessions with her and I’ve been hopeful for recovery only because of her. The pain has noticeably decreased and I cannot be more grateful to her!

This location is amazing. ALL THE STAFF, from front desk to the physicians everyone is professional, kind, sweet and caring!!! The treatment is amazing! It helped me walk again without pain. Don’t be discouraged the first couple of treatments but in the end you will feel a difference. I am so grateful to have chosen to do this process and regain my mobility. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone with injuries, arthritis or inflammatory issues. You will not regret it!!

This place is amazing I went in with shoulder, pain and elbow pain and got stem shots they really work im feeling about 75 to 80% better the people there were amazing very professional Alicia, Lona, Daniel,Milton, Michael over there QC and Tamarack made me feel comfortable with the procedure, I look forward to hearing 100% well worth it highly recommended The number

This has totally changed my life, I am now back to running and exercising again. Highly recommend this to anyone that is suffering from any kind of joint pain. Milton is an incredible medical provider.

I am getting stem-cell therapy and looking forward to the best results! Surprisingly, the doctor figured out what was wrong with my shoulder on the first visit and started the therapy from the very next visit. The paramedical staff is very trained and competent. I endorse them.
