Waste of money

Gave me fales hope and now I'm in financial hardship because of there false hope. False promise. They promised my 97% success. Apparently I'm the 3%

I have experienced lower back pain for approximately ten years or more. I have had several series of injections for pain management and several series of radio frequency ablation (burning nerves). All of these procedures had temporary outcomes some lasted several months to six months at a time I started kinetics approximately one year ago. My life has changed significantly there are times my activities aggravate my lower back but the pain I have suffered for years no longer exist thank you Qc Kinetics for making a non-surgical option available to increase my quality of life. The team members I have experienced during my journey are amazing, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I only wish I had started this process years earlier and I’m looking forward to many more years of increased quality of life.

I am 48 years old and I have never had the quality of service as I get when I visit QC kenetics. I have been a patient a little over 18 months and the results are mind blowing!! I have suffered with back and shoulder pain since out of the military 20 years ago and for the first time in my life I get real comfort and relief. I am always welcomed with the biggest smiles and friendly help. Lets be honest getting stuck with needles isnt the top of our list of fun things but I dont dread my visits and will continue to go every year for my maintenance as I feel the need. I have to say I could not be happier or more impressed with a Dr's office , cleanliness , price point and overall health benifit!! client and friend for life!!! thanks team!!!

I am so happy I found out about this option! The staff took the time to explain the whole process and I was able to avoid having surgery with no downtime. Definitely recommend.

Waste of money

I have been going to QC for 2-3 months now for both shoulders and have experienced amazing improvement in both! Highly recommend them! Ashley, Jen, Melissa, Leslie and all the team are super friendly, warm and amazing!

This business will prey on your desire to be pain free. My boyfriend would do anything for relief so he was very disappointed, after his consultation, when they sent him home because they said he had too much hardware in his leg and was not a candidate for the treatment. Within an hour after they dismissed him, they called him to come back and said the doctor said they could run the treatment anyway. I was immediately skeptical but he was desperate. The total treatment is $7000 for 4 appointments. He completed all 4 but the unprofessionalism of the staff was shocking. One team member laughed off the fact that she "forgot" to do a laser treatment on the first appointment, she said she's supposed to do it everytime. Furthermore I asked what the abbrevations on her lab coat stood for, she explained that she was not a nurse or assistant, but she was a phlebotomist but she was allowed to put any initials she wanted on the labcoat. I was shocked because this seems unethical, if not illegal, to misrepresent your credentials in a medical office. On our 3rd visit the PA could not get the injection into the ankle joint. She was stabbing at it so hard the needle was bending. It was hard to watch. I couldn't believe this was a trained professional. My boyfriend had to ask her to stop and waited for another PA in the office to do the injection because she did not seem qualified.. It's been 3 months since the 4th and final step of the treatment and he has not felt any change. He was told he could come back and get a second round, of this very painful process, but no refunds for its ineffectiveness. We certainly don't trust this staff enough to come back for another round, even for another "free" treatment.

Shortly after my second treatment the chronic knee pain has gone away. I still have a few more treatments, so I can't wait to see even more improvement in my knee and the ability to function better. I am a very active 68-year-old and was really tired of being in pain all the time. My Dr. had recommended a knee replacement, but I really did not want to do that. I am glad that I found this alternative solution. The staff at QC Kinetix is amazing and they have made this process so easy. They fully explain everything to you in advance and when they are giving the treatments, let you know exactly what is happening and why. The QC team is so friendly and caring. At this point, I would not hesitate to recommend. It is nice to go to a medical facility that really cares about your condition and comfort.

I have been more than impressed by this process. I hobbled into this office a couple months ago with little hope. I was in chronic pain. It was a horrible way to live. All my surgeries & treatments up to that point had only provided temporary relief or made the pain worse. Id become very skeptical of any new procedure. My 1st visit was unlike any Dr office I've been to. The staff here were so caring & informative. They walked me through the procedures and even set up possible ways for funding the process. They gave me hope again. I decided to go for it and I am so glad that I did. I'm only partly through my treatments but I already feel I'm getting my life back. My pain is disappearing. I used to take up to 12 pills a day. Pain med, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory. Now only as needed which means I go days without taking anything. Crazy. I wish I'd known about QC Kenetics years ago.

Very friendly staff who showed genuine care and interest in my recovery of my shoulder injury. I was able to avoid surgery and get back on with my normal life and routines.

The injections are no lie... painful, but the results are more than with it!!! Pain free!!!!
