In June of 2023 my knees where both causing my all type of pain and exercise limitations. I went and saw the folks at QC Kinetics and they were very knowledgeable about the process but also honest about there being no guarantees. I did not want to go the route of knee replacement so I started the PRP process. They told me it would take 3-4 months to start seeing really quality results. They were dead on accurate. About mid September I started having many more good days with the knee pain. By October it was an incredible difference. I am very active playing tennis and pickleball multiple times a week and I can honestly say I have no knee pain these days. It made a tremendous difference in my daily outlook not living around the pain. Thanks QC Kinetics!

My experience with QC Kinetics (located at 1309 Panorama Drive Suite 109, Chattanooga TN 37421) SUCKED. I made the appointment and was pleased to see the 4 informative text messages of date, time and when to show up 15 minutes early to the first appointment. Even got a phone call from a supposed doctor talking about my expectations. However, upon arrival at 9:33am on the day of the appointment I signed in and waited for over an hour without a single person from QC Kinetics talking to me. So, I wrote a text and ask if my appointment had been canceled. No one replied... So I left... A girl from the office called later and tried to explain to me they had an over abundance of patients that morning and I was overlooked. I told her if they were so busy they could have done the professional thing and rescheduled me for another appointment before I wasted my gas getting there and my time sitting in their office... YEA.. Unprofessional and could care less about new patients is what my impression was of QC Kinetics. I would give them a 0 if the rating would let me..

The staff is extremely professional and great with explaining every step of the process and procedures. I began to see improvement in my knee after the second treatment and have continued to experience freedom from pain after completing the four treatments. Since I have been a knee replacement candidate for over five years, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to gain full pain relief; however that has been my experience after six months. I am ecstatic.
