I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I dealt with Paul on the phone and he got me squared away and took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Brendan came out to actually do the fix and he was punctual, friendly, and professional. He walked me through what he was going to do and did an amazing job. If I need to fix any auto glass in the future, I would 100% use Magic Windshields again.

I had a rock chip on the windshield of my Tesla and contacted Magic Windshields for repair. They were professional, responsive, and got me scheduled quickly. The technician did an excellent job repairing the chip, and it’s now barely noticeable. They were knowledgeable about Tesla glass and took great care during the repair process. The service was fast, convenient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Magic Windshields to anyone needing windshield chip repair, especially Tesla owners.

Terrible!!!! After replacing the windshield my car would not start due to a recalibrate issue caused by the windshield technician. I contacted the shop via call, text, email, messaged on social media MULTIPLE times. No response from anyone. I was stranded in my work parking lot. I finally got a ride from a family member to take me to the address listed on Magic Windshields website. Of course no one was at the office or even a business sign on the door. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had!!! So now my vehicle is stuck in a parking lot overnight. And I will have to pay to have an Uber get me home then back to work again in the morning. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!!

Hi Dalene, apologies for what happened. We were able to come out and do a diagnosis on your vehicle and determined it to be a dead battery. We didn't do anything wrong to your car when we did the replacement and calibration. If the battery is failing it ca cause the vehicle to malfunction and not start. Glad we were able to get it sorted for you. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Had a windshield replacement and 3 days later got a chip. Like most places, I thought it would be covered to have fixed under the warranty. I was sure they told me that, but when I called they said they weren't. Next time I will go with someone else and a better warranty

Sorry about that, but we don't cover breakage, our warranty covers air leaks, water leaks and any workmanship issues.
