This place has changed so much since my wife went here 5yrs ago. They used to give you $20 per class to shop in their gift shop for baby supplies. You used to be able to attend the class twice a week Now you can only go once a week. On top of that they don't let you go in their gift shop and pick out things for your babies anymore. I think the lady told my wife's friend she had to attend 15 classes before she would be able to go into the gift shop to shop for her baby. That is ridiculous in my opinion. They have a stock room full of car seat stroller bundles, bassinets etc. Yet they only provide one big item per person? My wife's best friend's husband just left her He took everything they owned She has a newborn baby and she has nothing for her baby. My wife told her to come to this facility because they helped her so much 5 years ago when she was pregnant with our son. They were so rude to her that it was disgusting. They only give you a tiny pack of diapers one piece of clothing and sample bottles of baby wash for each class now. She explained her situation to them yet they refused to help her? It is disgusting This place gets so much money and donations to help pregnant women with items for their babies yet they refuse to help her? How disgusting is that? The new management needs to be fired in my opinion! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! My wife's friend does not even have a car seat for her baby She had nowhere for her baby to sleep doesn't have a stroller only has a few outfits and they made her choose one big item over just helping her with everything she needed knowing they have the means to do so They refused to do that. Needless to say she picked a bassinet for her baby after that she got an email saying she was kicked out of the center. Now why would y'all kick her out of your center? Because she was upset because she was upset that you refused to help her? This is the same place Who told her last year when she found out she was pregnant that if she went through with the pregnancy and did not get an abortion that y'all would give her everything she needed to get started with her baby. Yet you kicked her out? She was never rude to you people I know personally for a fact she was not because I was sitting right there next to her when she did the phone session with her counselor. She was not rude to you people one bit in fact she was bawling her eyes out because she has nothing for her child and y'all promised to help her and y'all failed to do that. So I would absolutely not recommend any pregnant woman to come to this pregnancy care center! Either the new management needs to be fired or y'all need to be shut down because y'all refuse to actually help pregnant women the way they need help!

I’ve enjoyed my experience each and every single time, I’ve come to Loreto House, even at the Denton location. I really appreciate the love, warmth, and kindness that they give you. Makes me feel like I am not alone and that I do have resources to help me! I appreciate my girl Nicole for always having my back here! 💗💗

Loreto House didn’t have much to offer basically like all the other centers around giving diapers and wipes in return for taking classes until this year when they added the medical office. It was so great and poof it’s gone. The staff always seemed so happy and laughing back there. The doctors told it as it was which is what I like.
I’m more upset for my parents who give A TON of money to Loreto House. They are upset becyase there was a plea for funds. They gave like always, and a few weeks later I got the letter saying it was closing without warning. Do NOT give cash to this place! My parents feel they were scammed and I believe they were. They had red flags when he kept asking for Flower Mound money over and over…seriously who needs an office in Flower Mound! Again, this is a scam and there are more legit places to go for the same services.
I’ve tried to post this 3 times and saw another review that keeps being taken down, again, S*H*A*D*Y! Hope someone turns these guys in.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Loreto House in Flower Mound. Ann was my advocate and she was amazing. She did a wonderful job explaining the purpose of Loreto. They made us feel welcomed. We cannot wait to take these classes. I would definitely recommend to others.
