Life changing This is the only thing that will help me sleep! The actual best supplements. I take 1 before bed every night and sleep so well. When I ran out I couldn’t sleep at all but buying them again I’m sleeping so much better. I don’t sleep the best at all so these have helped so much

Great quality Magnesium Capsules The Magnesium Capsules arrived packed neatly in original zip bags. I was looking for magnesium capsules as I was tired most of the winter and want to take some supplements to support my health. This capsules come with help. Inside one bag there's 2 moths supply of capsules. After taking them regularly for more than one month I can clearly say that I feel better and can rest better. Capsules are in decent size and easy to swallow.I am more than happy to recommend.

Not the same product I reordered from a previous order on Amazon, what I thought was 200mg. Instead 600mg arrived and I accidently opened them and took them, they are too strong and high strength. Now I can't return or use as 600mg is an unsafe amount to take daily, up to 350mg is recomended.

About having a good night's sleep I took these tablets for a week, I'm sorry they made no difference, I still didn't sleep properly, waking each hour

Too high in strength I didn’t do my research when I bought this. 600mg was too strong I had upset stomach for a few days! Amazon don’t sell the 200mg so I had to get it from the website instead. Will see how I get on with the new batch when it arrives

Good Seems to help with sleep.

Six months supply Having been taking magnesium supplements for a few months now I am finding I sleep better and have more energy. These tablets are not as high (only 600mg) in magnesium citrate as previous brands. So only time will show if the lower dosage is less effective. Coming in a resealable pouch they are quite bulky to store, but also easy to access. With six months supply provided they are good value.

1 tablet a day = 4 months supply Magnesium needed in my life and these are the perfect choice for me.The packaging is great, bottles take up too much space, especially when there are only a few left, with these bags, which are resealable, they take up much less space.Easy to swallow, they are in a flexible capsule. I did cut one open to see what was inside and to taste the product. Doesn't really taste of anything.I do feel like these tablets are helping to regulate my body and reduce certain symptoms.They offer good value as I only take 1 a day, so get 4 months supply.

Good price These tablets are white straight forward. Okay to swallow and claim to absorb better and faster.It uses the right stuff for that. My wife has had some as well and we haven’t noticed any difference from our normal ones.In fact, after a month of use they seem just as good with no adverse effects.The price seems good. We are happy with them.
