Responsible and helpful agency. Eric has always been forthcoming in offering assistance and alternatives - even when it concerns our maids who are not sourced from him. What started out as a purely business transaction has become a friendship. Eric is also an industry leader in refunding agency fees if the maids do not stay long after they are hired. Eric is my life-saver! He managed to help offer best advices when dealing with my previous helper who gotten herself pregnant :( and managed to get me a great helper from Myr within just 2 weeks. It is seamless and no-frills and really saved me a lot of hassle. The agency fees are reasonable and he provides quick video options and even his preferred candidate. Highly recommended! Thumbs up for the efficient service. Few month's ago, my maid got herself pregnant and I was not able to find the old agent. My friend recommended me to Eric. Understanding the urgency of getting a new maid and also sending away my old maid, Eric managed to help me get everything sorted out within a week.

Eric is an honest and upfront guy, prompt in his responses and diligently fulfils his task of finding a suitable helper that meets your individual needs. Simply could not have asked for a better person. The fees are clear-cut from the start, the matchmaking personalised, the service made fuss-free for the client, and there is replacement guarantee for the first year. This is then replicated in the detailed terms and conditions which I read word for word, and agreed with. I owe my thanks to my friend who recommended Eric and would like to extend it further by recommending him to everyone else who needs help in searching for a helper. Eric provided such wonderful service to both my wife and me. We were in great need for a helper who could take care of babies and needed one semi-urgently. He was very prompt in communication and responsible throughout. Agency fees are very reasonable, unlike other agencies. He also provided training when our helper arrived from Myanmar, which probably helped as she came in well-trained and house-ready. We are thankful for his service in helping us to find a suitable and reliable helper. Thank you Eric!
