Incredible Experience! Kilimanjaro 7 Days Lemosho Route and 3 Days Safari I just completed the 7-day Lemosho Route on Mount Kilimanjaro, and it was truly the adventure of a lifetime! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and passion. The team that supported me, Paul (guide), Husein (cook), and Dickson, Lucas, Rahim, Abuu and Benjamin (porters) were absolutely amazing and the happiest people. My guide were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so encouraging every step of the way. He made sure I am always safe, healthy, and well-acclimatized every step of the way. The porters were a true heroes, carrying all the equipment with a smile, and the food was beyond my expectations delicious, fresh, and energizing. I celebrated my birthday during the trek and I was surprised with the birthday cake baked on the mountain. That was unforgettable 45th birthday!!! I can't thank them enough for making my day super extra special and Im so grateful to spend my special day with them. Summit night was tough, but thanks to the team’s encouragement and expert pacing, I reached the top just in time for sunrise. Standing on the Roof of Africa is something I will never forget. The entire team went above and beyond to make this adventure memorable. I highly recommend the Lemosho Route for anyone looking for a beautiful and gradual climb with high chances of success. And I absolutely recommend Gomberi Travel for their outstanding service and care. Don’t hesitate and go for it! Kilimanjaro will challenge and reward you in ways you can’t imagine. Asante sana 🙏

My brother & I decided to go with Gomberi for our Kili trek after speaking to a few different agents in Moshi. Frank's honesty and equipment impressed us , and the KPAP accreditation was important to us. Our guides, Festo & Gola were both excellent, speaking great English and spotting plenty of wildlife that we otherwise would have missed. I would recommend Gomberi for an outstanding value for money trek.

A fantastic experience climbing Kili with Gomberi I cannot fault the experience my brother and I had with Gomberi, as we climbed Kili on the Marangu route in 5 days. The booking process we carried out was in person and we found Frank to be incredibly knowledgeable and serious business operator that ensures his staff are well looked after through their Kpac accreditation.We hired all our gear through them, it was all great quality and in as good as new condition. Our guides, Festo and Gola, were exceptional. Very knowledgeable, spoke fantastic English as well as being great Swahili teachers! They really allowed us to push ourselves all the way to our limit, whilst assuring that we were in a safe condition in relation to altitude sickness. They offered us support and motivation when we needed it most and helped us achieve our goal of submitting without altitude medication, fantastic people and incredibly good at what they do.Victor, our waiter and head porter, was brilliant and managed to source anything that we wanted in what can be challenging circumstances - halfway up a mountain! He did everything with a smile on his face and was an all round lovely bloke.If you are interested in climbing Kili, I could not offer a more glowing review of the service we received from Gomberi.

I originally booked a 6-day safari and an 8-day Kilimanjaro trek with Gomberi Travel. Unfortunately, due to a last-minute medical issue, I had to cancel the Kilimanjaro trek. Gomberi Travel went above and beyond to quickly rebook the 8 days for a trip to Zanzibar instead — and I couldn’t be more impressed with how they handled it. The safari was absolutely incredible. The accommodations were top-notch, and I had the privilege of seeing the Big Five and so much more. The hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti was truly priceless — a once-in-a-lifetime experience. There were a couple of minor hiccups with communication between drivers, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Zanzibar was equally wonderful. The accommodations were very good, and the activities were well-organized and smooth. Gomberi Travel’s flexibility and commitment to making my trip a success really stood out. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Great experience, Freddy is a legend Incredible trip, my guide Freddy was a fantastic and helped push me during the hike. Frank and the Gomberi office were great to deal with helping me get extra accommodation and transport between airport.I left Dec 1 and would recommend not going during rainy season, it was fine with a jacket and poncho when hiking but the long time spent inside the tent at camp was tough at times, particularly while trekking solo.
