I recently had the privilege of staying at the Zwavelstrem Clinic and I cannot express how transformative and empowering the experience was. My journey to self-awareness and healing at this center was truly exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and compassion by the staff, creating an immediate sense of comfort and safety. The environment itself was serene and beautifully designed, promoting a peaceful and healing atmosphere.

Whether it was meditation sessions, group therapy, or one-on-one counseling, each component played a crucial role in my healing process. This place gave me an opportunity to look at life in a different and positive perspective to life. The staff is professional and friendly, they make you feel at home away from home. Their landscape is beautiful and have a sense of making you feel at peace. The developmental sessions are excellent 👌

She has been getting worse and opening cases at SAPS for me. I have been trying to get Dr. Erasmus to call me or to sit down and have a meeting for weeks now but no response. My wife is now at a point that she is a danger to herself and everyone around her. Myself and my children are living in fear. Can anyone help US?

I have the highest regard for Swavelstream Clinic and all it’s staff. Every doctor, psychiatrist, nurse, kitchen staff I interacted with gave quality & excellent service. Não tenho palavras para dizer o quanto eu fiquei decepcionado com essa clínica. Em uma noite terrível, quando meu marido estava tendo diversos ataques de pânico, eles foram completamente inaptos a nos ajudar. O telefone de plantão, que funciona durante a madrugada, era atendido por uma funcionária que estava claramente dormindo e não queria ser incomodada. O guarda da clínica, ao ver meu marido tendo seus acessos, simplesmente chamou a segurança, sem nenhuma empatia. Quando as enfermeiras chegaram, eu pedi pra que elas conversassem com meu marido, e elas simplesmente disseram "claro que não. E se ele ficar agressivo conosco?". Achei todo mundo pouquíssimo profissional e despreparado para lidar com emergências reais. A pior parte foi um dos funcionários, que, ao ver meu marido naquela situação, gritou "you should really kill yourself". Acho que essa clínica deveria ter sua licença médica revogada, porque o que nós passamos foi uma situação completamente inimaginável.

Zwavelstream has changed my life.
I have suffered from severe depression all my life. After leaving Zwavelstream, I can now function normally and have occasional depressive episodes whereas before, I couldn't tell you a moment where I wasn't depressed.
They have classes everyday which teach you how to deal with your mental health which has greatly helped me. I now apply those lessons in my everyday life and I have noticed a huge change.
I highly recommend Zwavelstream

The classes , psychologists and psychiatrists are so wonderful.
I have a new perspective on life
I now can look at the future
For 5 years I’ve been on so many medications and been in so many psychiatric clinics and it got to a point where I didn’t want to live because I was useless
I know my worth and knowing your diagnosis and understanding it is so helpful!

Be careful if you have special needs regarding diet. The food was an issue and wasn’t resolved properly.

Best experience ever!! I went there with so much fear and anxiety, I guess this was kinda self inflicted due to the portrayal of mental institutions on the media. My experience brought me so much healing. Not fully there yet but we almost there. Definitely not overnight. Be patient and just be open to the experience and to learn.

Great drs and therapists is the only reason i am giving stars
I have had THE WORST experience with the kitchen. Before I was admitted they promised they are able to cater for a vegan diet. The day I was admitted the receptionist assured us that the kitchen is prepared for me. I have had NUMEROUS conversations with my carers, my doctors, the kitchen manager AND the MATRON. I’ve been here for 9 days and I have not had one day where I had a proper meal. I am supposed to come here to heal and then I am traumatised each day.
The only reason why I stay is to get treated by Dr van Schoor, Dr Biva Naik, Roanne Muller and Zola. The care that they provide is good
Im very dissatisfied with the food experience and is causing unnecessary trauma
