I had a very unpleasant experience with WTI CABS while booking a cab for my Delhi airport drop. I made the booking on August 30th, both online and over the phone, and they charged me immediately. However, the very next day, I received an email from them stating that they were unable to confirm my booking for September 2nd. And now it's September 9th, but I still haven't received my refund. I strongly suggest avoiding WTI CABS and instead opting for Saavari.com. Unlike WTI CABS, Saavari.com lets you pay only after completing your trip.

One Mr Suresh who was at desk, not a honest fellow, never mentioned about Toll fee inspite of collecting 3k for BSK dropping, just to save 100Rs, he instructed driver to take a local village route. Driver Mr Murthy was helpless and he apologised for his mistakes..... I suggest no to this .

Bad Experience in Madurai
The person who runs this operation out of Madurai, TN is certainly not a man of his word. He said that they would accept credit cards. When I took a ride from the airport to the hotel, the credit card went through. But when I had used their service for travel to Thanjavur and then from the hotel to the airport, he said that the credit card was not accepted and wanted cash. For the trip to Thanjavur he charged Rs. 6500 and said that this was for 400 km, but when we took a short detour for 20 km, he added Rs.300 to amount and said that this is for the additional kilometers we used the car for! This does not appear to be a decent operation. One of their drivers, Ganesh was very nice and extremely helpful, however.

Abusing with customer
I came Raipur Chhattisgarh from west Bangal and booked oti cabs but found something uncomfortable so I canceled and also paid cancellation fee without any ride but they started abusing to my family members my father is an diabetic person after their behaviour he got so panic and we went to the hospital i will never ever recommend this cabs to any one sorry to say but this is my worst experience ever will never prefer to any one .

Booked Innova but I was sent Ertiga. There is a difference of Rs700 between the 2 cars. I have followed up multiple times but no response or refund. Please dont use WTI Cabs.

Terrible experience
The driver Ankit driving the car HR38Z9268 provided us the most pathetic service that we could have imagined. Forget about courteousness, he made it sure that we stay uncomfortable throughout our journey from Airport to Noida. We were travelling with 2 infants in the car and wanted the temperature inside the car to be controlled, but this guy was either opening the window, putting the AC in too cold mode or in too hot, and was giving the excuse that this is how the car is. We took WTI cabs for the first time and paid double the amount of what we would have paid to ola/uber, to get this pathetic service. I will never take service from WTI and would not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing trip Thank you
My husband and I recently went to Mussoorie for a weekend trip and were lucky enough to have Raju as our driver for most of our time there! We had a few other drivers throughout our trip, but he was by far the best! He was very polite & professional and professional.
Bonus: He's not pushy with taking you places or with his recommendations. He definitely is available to help and he'll let you know that he has contacts or shops in the area, but he never made us feel pressured.

TERRIBLE - DRIVER DIDNOT EVEN KNEW HOW TO FOLLOW GOOGLE MAP
I booked a cab online for my parents at Delhi airport and specifically asked the WTI cab spokesperson after the booking to make sure that the cab picks up my folks from the arrival as my mother had an injury in her ligament so it would be difficult for her to walk.
I also shared the exact location of the destination address while booking online and even mentioned it in a call to the spokesperson of WTI that kindly make sure my parents don't face any hassle and don't ask for route details from them, however, the WTI Cab driver did not even know HOW TO USE A GOOGLE MAP even after I shared with them the exact location where they need to drop my parents, therefore My parents had to call my maternal uncle at 2 am in the night because the cab driver could not figure out the google map...and when finally my parents reached their destination, the WTI Cabs wanted them to SIGN ON A BLANK FEEDBACK FORM, they didn't want my parents to fill it and wanted to fill it themselves later on... of course my folks rejected.

Verybad experince with wti cab,we came to india from germany on 6th oct and at airport we try to book the cab as we want to travel multipal location the representative from wti cab told us to hire the cab for 6hours baisis the prise he told us 2900rs for 60 km that cost you around 48.33 per km we nagoceated and and calculated the total distance with the representative the first we traveled to greenpark extension that was 18.5 km then from their to gurdwara bangla saheb that is 10.1km then to haldiram cp that is 2.4 km then we traveld to nawada metrostation 21.5 that comes total 52.2 so with the nagoceation we aggreed to 2700rs,60 km,6hrs the person took 2000 rs and told us to pay 700 to driver they even not give us bill for the booking then after starting our ride at 17:47 and end our ride at 10:15 and havent traveled anyware else the driver asked for 700 the right amount plus he says 190rs for parking wich he dont have any bills when i asked and then he asked for more money because asper him we traveled 22 km extra we sticked to our plan and never changed our way from 52.2 km to 74.2 km thats 30km diffrence i can understand 5-10 km extra but not 30km and he start discussing in front of my guests our behviour with driver was always respectfull and we buyed him food also that cost us 250rs from ourside to thank him and then also he was like that with us i told him can i talk to the guy who booked us he calls him and not let me talk to him and said that he said you have to pay extra then after long duscussion i have to pay extra amount for wich i got no bills for the parking and the ride that was the story and we fell cheeted will not recomend anybody to book wti cabs and will forward this letter to our german embassy and other embassy also to ishue guidlines to not use wti cab service when travling to india cab no HR55AG7489 not shareing driver handy no and photo for privacy.

Highly overpriced
The cab service is highly overpriced and upon further enquiry we discovered that they charged us nearly 150% more than the normal prevailing rate. Never we will be choosing airport taxi hereafter and we will give as much publicity about the exorbitant rate to close family members and friends.
