My furnace died on the hottest week of the year. They came out next day, assessed the issues, found several problems and were able to complete repairs the next day (new furnace and AC) to replace outdated an inefficient heat pump. I have had a couple of service calls to dial it in, but the guys show up and complete service on time. They even waited for me to get home to speak to me each time. Furnace and AC are now in perfect condition! Could not be happier. Financing options, great service, and great guys!
Every aspect of installation of our new HVAC system was positive and exceeded our expectations. Installers kept us in the loop as they worked, were responsive to our concerns and were completely professional. I will definitely use them again.

Great communications, called a half hour prior. Showed up on time. Called me at work at least twice to tell me what ha was doing.

I had a great experience! Eric was phenomenal. He was able to get my A/C working until it was time for my HVAC to be installed the following day. The team that came to install was also amazing! It was definitely a 5 start experience!

The 2 young men that came out to replace our central air and furnace they were great. I have 2 dogs and the guys talked to and petted my big pitties. They did a great job. They kept me informed all the way. Explained all new things like the Thermostat. So yes 5 stars all the way worth the money. When they say you get what you pay for they were worth every penny. Glad I went with this company
Tech was very knowledgeable, informative, and courteous.
The only thing I questioned was the fact he said the replacement parts should make the unit run efficiently for 10 more yrs. However the parts are only warranted for 12 months.
That didn't make sense to me. But
overall I'm pleased
The service technician who came to discuss the new system was very knowledgable, and thoughtful with his discussion about our needs. He sized the proper equipment right away and steered me away from systems that were more advanced in operation that I wouldn't be able to utilize in my home environment...super appreciative of that. There were 4 people who showed up to remove my old HVAC, and install the new ones. They were friendly and professional, and happy to answer all my questions throughout the day as they worked. At the end, they guided me through the workings of the new thermostat and app. I would most definitely recommend Westerville Air Conditioning and Heating.

Very pleasant to work with, and fast to communicate. Good prices with very good financing options on good brands. The install took about 5 hours and everything is working great. My only frustration is that the morning that the install was supposed to happen I got a call 30 minutes into the arrival window letting me know that an equipment shortage made it necessary to reschedule to the next day.
The service technician (Eric) came onsite to troubleshoot my heat pump unit. All he did was check refrigerant levels, claim it was really low, then tell me I needed a brand new unit.
The unit is around 7 years old...these things typically last 12-15 years. I had another service technician from a different company look at it before and he actually took the time to troubleshoot.
I ultimately went back to that same company and he replaced the faulty part for a far more affordable price than a brand new unit.
What really irked me with Westerville Heating and Air/Five Star Star Home Service is that Eric didn't even troubleshoot the real cause to my unit's continued low-pressure lockout issue. "You have a faulty system? You need a new one."

Our heating system had stopped heating. The temperature in our house dropped to 55 degrees. Randall, the repairman, was able to diagnose the problem and make repairs to get our heat back on in about 30 minutes. Parts were ordered for a blower issue. A repairman will return without additional cost except parts. Very professional and courteous.
