☺ Private parking, the owner agreed to cancel the reservation after first night without any fee.
☹ It was very difficult to find the place, no elevator, no air codition, the heat (in the summer) was working, lots of mosquitoes and flies, no curtains,very small rooms, the beds are inconvenient, the bathroom is small, the children's room entrance is through the parents' room and no privacy.
I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our location didn't meet your expectations. I would like to provide some clarifications to address your review:
1.The elevator is located at the entrance, on the right-hand side, and is available to facilitate access to the floors.
2.We didn't specify in advance that we have air conditioning, so you don't need to worry about this aspect. I understand that this wasn't an included service, and your expectation in this regard wasn't justified.
3.We take pride in offering a 2D rendering of our apartment to allow you to visualize its layout in advance. We strive to be transparent and provide a clear and informative experience for our customers.
4.Furthermore, I'd like to mention that we made every effort to ensure your comfort during your stay. At 8 PM, we responded to your concerns and brought a fan as well as two mosquito repellent devices to help you cope with the heat and mosquito and fly issues. We wanted to provide a quick solution to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

☺Tenía infusiones, café y vino a la llegada.
Plaza de garaje al aire libre, numerada.
☹Difícilmente si entras en un sitio antihigiénico aunque el resto fuera de 10, que no es el caso, el resto de cosas pierden valor.
Compra una escoba y una fregona para los siguientes inquilinos, para que al menos si les dejas el piso sucio, puedan limpiarlo sin gastar dinero, nos tocó comprar bolsas basura, gel ducha, champú, limpia baño.

Defraudados con la limpieza
☺Piso reformado.
Salón comedor tipo americano, para desayunar muy bien.
Instalaciones nuevas, buena lavadora.
☹Fatal que una habitación esté dentro de otra habitación y ambas tengan que salir al salón para ir al baño, con lo que todas las habitaciones despertarán al que duerma en el salón.
Hay 2 sofá cama y una cama de 135 normal, no 2 camas.
Limpieza nula, le llamas al dueño y te dice que "su equipo" ha hecho limpieza, y que si necesitas algo le digas, pero le dices que tienes que limpiar y comprar productos y aún te vuelve a decir que le digas si necesitas y que no va a enviar a nadie. Evidentemente si compro productos, ya que hago lo que tú no has hecho, al menos tener una fregona y una escoba, ni eso...
Es muy desagradable entrar a un alojamiento y ver la alfombra bastante sucia, ir al baño y tener gotas de pis de los anteriores inquilinos, debajo del sofá había pelusas y animales por descubrir.
Nos pidió que le valoraramos bien para hacernos un descuento la siguiente vez.

Ar mai fi de spus ca patul are un mic defect: 2 picioare centrale care mai cad.
Ar fi necesar macar un mic sapun in baie.

Locul de parcare este un plus.
☹Nu exista plasa pt țânțari, asta fiind cea mai mare problema.
Am găsit mai multe gongi roșii ( gongi de bucătărie)
