Went here for my boyfriends birthday and loved it!! I had no experience of VR so we played games for beginners and loved every second. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Took the family out to celebrate a birthday - was great that you could play together (using headsets to talk to eachother) or choose your own game. The staff were really friendly and gave tips on how to play the games and change the settings to make them easier! A lot of fun!

Took the family out to celebrate a birthday - was great that you could play multiplayer together (using headsets to talk to eachother) or choose your own game from a large and varied selection, including lots of child-friendly games. The staff were really friendly and gave tips on how to play the games and change the settings to make them easier. A lot of fun!

This was just great fun with very attentive and patient staff. Our group ranged from 9 to 50+ year olds .... there was something for everyone. We can't wait too go again.

Booked for 4 people on a school holiday 1 hour deal, guy who was working explained everything and was really helpful, and all was ok apart from my daughters headset that kept disconnecting, we were trying to get into a multiplayer game but only 3 of us could connect up, he moved my daughter to another headset but this took around 10 mins of our game time waiting, and this wasn’t added to the end of our session to compensate for the faulty one.

We always add time to the whole teams session whenever issues happen and after investigation we unfortunatelly have to accept that on this occasion which is I would like to assure you was a one off the time has not been properly adjusted. Amazing experience
I visited Vertigo VR with my niece, nephew and husband on 1st September 2023. We were greeted by Aaron who provided exemplary customer service. The VR arena was incredible, we booked 45 minutes of VR and also did the Twingo VR. Our family loved the experience. The children had an amazing time as did the adults. We would highly recommend Veritigo VR!

Family visit for my sons birthday, all had a great time. Good variety of games to play single or multi-player and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance, or just giving tips during game play.

My 12 year old son and I had a fab Dad-Son time here today. Great to be able to play games together and the staff were super helpful and friendly. While you are there, you must go on the Twingo virtual VR ride. We did the rollercoaster simulator and it was awesome.

My boys had a great time here yesterday for a birthday treat. They both really enjoyed the game selection. The staff were really helpful and offered advice when they were finding it difficult.

Had a great time with my two boys this afternoon. Played for 2 hours but honestly could have played for 2 more. Good choice of games and apps. Staff were very helpful and attentive especially to my 6 year old who asked needed a bit of extra help. Thanks for making sure we had a great time.
