Got an issue with my e-bike 20" v-brake rim, brought it here as this is the only bike shop close to CBD that can get this fixed, and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly they build the rim in a timely manner and update me on the status of my bike. The bike has been fixed and overall it has been a positive experience getting my bike fixed with them.

These guys are great. It's an independently-owned bike shop. They are in a great old historic type of building. They have a good selection of bikes to buy. I've used them lots of times to repair my bike. They are very reasonably priced. It's got a really nice vibe and feel . The staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I think the shop has a slightly old-fashioned feel which I really like.After you've had your bike fixed go next door and look at the records store..

By far the best bike shop in Auckland. Awesome staff, a real decent range of parts and second hand options for those on a budget.

I had the pedal screw loose and needed a screwdriver to tighten it. The guy charged me $30 to screw it in, a 10-15 second job. way much overpriced.

Been to the shop in New Lynn twice, friendly people who know their stuff and can give you some advice if you want for your bike. Went in because my back tyre was flat and they fixed it right up and the 2nd time was to buy a bike pump with the gauge to properly put the right amount of air into the bike tyres so the reason listed above didnt happen again. There was a little mishap but they were very apologetic and I was understanding and didn't mind at all and they sorted it out with no problems. Highly recommend them if you need your bike fixed, get some parts or accessories from them. I will definitely be back to their store whenever I need something for the bike. Note: Was suppose to leave a review a while back but didnt have the time before but now I do Haha. Thanks again

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who who assited me in finding the perfect bike. Such a great selection. The staff patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand my options. Already booked in my next service. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌

Good service, cost a bit more than I was expecting, but they contacted me to update the initial estimate. There were parts that needed replacing Excellent value for money.

This is a not trusty bike shop, it seems that they support riders, however they do not, they only care about the money that they get! I had a really bad experience. I was new in the city, and I bought a bicycle, because it’s important to me to have one, and I said, can I give it back to you next week? Because I did not know if I was going to get a job somewhere else… I was looking for it, I got a job in Tauranga, and I came to give it back the bike, but the guy, Steve, that before said that I could give it back the bicycle, when I came back, he did not want to give a full refund, and even worse, only 30% of the value, if it was 80% it would be okay, but no! For me, that’s a no words place! Do not go there!

The owner let us try different bikes. He was really nice and accepted to put aside one bike for us while we were browsing other secondhand shops. Although we found another cheaper option, I'm sure the bike would have done nicely !
