I had a great experience at T Whites New Lynn, shopping for a bike for my son for a Xmas present. The guy working there was friendly and gave me great, practical advice about how to make sure I was buying the right size and would meet our requirements. Highly recommend checking out T Whites for anything bike related!

I brought a real old tandem bike of Facebook marketplace which was sitting the a bush for a few years.. had all kinds of problems.. pedal fell off because there was no thread for example.. I took the bike here to see what they could do.. they fixed the pedal and did a full service.. not many shops are willing to work and a tandem.. twhites new lynn are extreme skilled and professional.. highly recommended

I highly recommend this shop for any bike-related issues or if you are looking to buy a good bike at a reasonable price. The owner is extremely helpful and a gem of a person. I once went there to get my wheelchair tire repaired and he immediately stopped his work to attend to me.

I can't recommend them highly enough: Local, knowledgeable, and unintimidating. I bought a second hand bike from them and they have consistently dropped everything to help me out when I come in to ask questions about cycling. You won't find better customer service in Tamaki Makaurau.

I walked in a month ago wanting to buy a bike.. knew nothing about bike.. the worker " pretty sure was chance the rapper" was busy servicing a bike.. when I started asking questions he literally dropped what he was doing and spend 20 mins walking around with me talking about each bike and was patient when I couldn't decide.. ended walking out with the perfect bike for me.. which was serviced to an extremely high level..like a brand new bike.. well done.. hidden little gem..

This place have friendly staff. I remember coming here to fixing my bike. I would definitely come back if they keep this up. honesty fair price charged, very professional bike repairers. Probably the best I've seen. Keep this up mate, you're doing great.

If anyone is looking to sell their bicycle don't use T.White's New Lynn. I took my bicycle in yesterday and then was told they would have a look at it. I then was told the next day that they are currently not buying any bikes as they don't have space - and that I should collect it. Just wasted my time with them. Be really good if they maybe updated their website with this information so I didn't waste my time going back and forth

We successfully purchase lots of bikes from people on a regular basis. Some weeks it turns out we are just a bit full up so can not take on anymore.
Also, just an FYI, when we stated that we would take a look at it, that wasn’t a guarantee of purchase and if we decided we didn’t want the bike (which happens a lot) you would have had to pick it back up anyway.
Sorry it didn’t work out the way you wanted. We wish you all the best in selling your bike!
